Placed an order on line for delivery before Christmas received an email saying thank you for your order and that was all the correspondence I got.Chased the item 6 days later only to be told it will be delivered on the December 28th!Asked to cancel the order but the call centre staff said they are unable to do so as there is only a few minutes window from placing the order to being allowed to cancel it. This is very poor practice.And they use Evri for delivery and this company need to be avoided at all costs
Terrible! Do not order online! Useless customer service. Ordered online for delivery to home address. Suddenly it was shown as updated for delivery to pick up address not even local to me. Contacted customer service by chat and phone and told nothing they can do! Have to wait for item to be delivered in like 6 days and wait another 3 days if not collected before item will be returned for refund. That’s over 20 days since they took my money and no guarantee how long it would take to refund! Will not be shopping here anymore!
I ordered presents and my xmas dress from the delivery date was between 18 and the 22, so I put the address of the place where I am going to spend Xmas. The parcel no only has not been delivered but every time I contact them they tell me something different first time was going to be delivered the 22nd yes or yes, then Seur has it but they have not delivered it, we don’t know why. so I contacted Seur and they told methey have yet not received anything from Other stories.. so now is with DPD.. and it is going to be delivered to Spain!! They just keep making things up and not offering a real solution. Never buy online with them!! Customer Support is useless!!!and meanwhile no presenta or xmas dress for me
I will NEVER order anything from this company again. I ordered a $130 bag for a Christmas present on December 19th. The tracking has updated ONE time since, on December 23rd. It’s now December 30th, and there have been zero updates to tracking (mind you, this package is going from NJ to VT, not overseas). I would expect this kind of service ordering a $10 package from Shein, not an expensive bag. All the recipient wanted was to have it for NYE but that ship has sadly sailed. Every customer service representative for this company has offered no additional help and has just regurgitated the same information I am privy to on the tracking. Save yourself the time and stress and order from literally any other store.
The early sale is a total scam, as the site is not able to handle the traffic. The site is not loading at all & hours later, everything is sold out. Don’t do early sales, if your site can’t handle it. Being part of a huge company like h&m and having a webshop worse than any small business, outright embarrassing.
I received notification that my order had been shipped the day after I placed my order as well as an estimated delivery date. This date came and went. When I contacted the “customer helpline” 🤣🤣 I was told I had to wait another 4 days before they could contact the courier to investigate my case. I had positive in-store experiences the complete opposite online experience.
Appalling! I ordered a skirt and the delivery time was stated as 5-7 days. After 7 days I contacted the carrier - they hadn't even shipped it! When I rang their customer 'service' a woman tried to tell me that 7 working days meant a date that was actually 14 days. I asked them to send me a replacement and they refused. Will never use again
When I ordered a product I placed the name and delivery address in the order, I paid by Paypal which put my address on the confirmation but when I received the confirmation order from & Other Stories the delivery address was an InPost Shop not my daughter's address. I rang the company, the first time I was left hanging for 10 minutes by a customer service person and then the call dropped out and on the second call I made I was told that the address had been changed automatically and she couldn't do anything about it. So now my daughter has to go and collect the item herself when she has a new baby and is working from home. Thanks & Other Stories. At least they said they would refund the delivery cost but that is not the point. When I give a delivery address and I'm asked for a delivery charge, I expect it to be delivered!!! UPDATE: I placed the order on 1st December and was told it would be delivered by 10/11th December. It is now 11th December and it hasn't even reached the delivery company yet. Disgraceful. This company shouldn't be allowed to exist even though it's supposed to be owned by H&M.
