Dreadful. Ordered a dress, paid £4 for home delivery, instead of delivering to my home they sent it to an inpost locker 100 miles away from my home.Say I need to wait for a refund, can’t say how long. This is probably against some kind of consumer law. Will dispute this.
Parcel was 'refused' by In-Post because the parcel was damaged. They told me it'll be 14 days before I get a refund. Said I could re-order the items but they are all sold out as they were in the sale. Offered me 20% off but the sale is 20% off anyway so it's pointless. Customer service chat was good but no email address to file a complaint.
I bought an item at the & Other Stories store at Arlanda Airport, but was shocked to learn that returns are only possible if you travel through security again, essentially requiring me to book another flight. This was never made clear at the time of purchase. From both a customer care and sustainability perspective, this policy makes little sense, as clothes risk ending up unused due to such an impractical return process. I truly hope the company rethinks this policy.
Shocking service. Impossible to use a gift card in store due to lack of sizing options and no way of using online or getting a refund. They have no escalation or complaints process- I would avoid this company! For the price, there should be better support.
I bought two dresses online in June. They didnt work so I returned them both on the same day, in separate packages. I received a refund for one of the dresses fairly quickly. I then received confirmation of the 2nd return two weeks later with a refund notice of €76. In fact €7 was returned. They are insistent the full amount was refunded. I have even sent them a copy of my bank statement to show the actual amount refunded. They've now gone silent!Not at all impressed.
Placed two orders on 30 June - website states delivery within 3-5 days - one delivery was received within the time frame but no trace of the second and it has been two weeks - I had to return a couple of items and I fear the refund may take a very long time and/or hassle ... I like the clothes but the service is not reliable enough as there is no way of knowing when the parcel will appear either via tracking or through customer service
I haven't received my order and the delivery address was automatically changed to a shop collection point I didnt want. I went there but they say I need a barcode to collect. I checked my emails and it said Other Stories haven't shipped and are working to ship! If I'd known how bad this company was I wouldn't have used them. Soooo disappointing! Am I going to get this item? Who knows. I'lI leave a few more days and if nothing, the bank should be able to refund i hope.
I ordered a top more than 2 weeks ago. No sign of delivery. Contacted customer service but they said they can’t find my order in their system. I can definitely see my order details in my Other Stories account. They didn’t resolve it, just kept saying they can’t find my order. Waste of time and money. Never order from them again!
