Review Time
All the terrible reviews are true and I wish I read them before I ordered from this website. It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and the order hasn't shipped! I received an email a few days after I placed my order saying they are busier than usual and that my order will be shipped as soon as possible. I waited and waited and started contacting customer service a few days ago. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. It is impossible to get a hold of them. I get one response out of every 5 emails I send them. And all their responses are NOT HELPING AT ALL. Even though I already gave them my order #, they kept saying they cannot find my order in the system. HOW ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! They are just outright liars. I don't believe for a second that the order just completely disappeared in their system even though I received the order confirmation from them and another follow-up email about the delay in shipping. And other reviewers mentioned this happened to them also so I guess this is just the standard lie that their customer service tell the customers. On top of all this, they are treating me like I am a scammer and kept asking me for proof of purchase, screen shots of my order. SERIOUSLY??? NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Do not purchase anything from this company !! Purchased a top on 3 September . Still not received . After raising a complaint I have been refunded the £4 delivery charge but not the £87 for cost of item which surely must be lost after 20 days . I know not every company can be Amazon Primr but still … No response to e mail . Appalling customer service . Be warned
No communication. Ignored calls, emails, chats on the website.No explanation where my order is.Lost?No acknowledgment.And lets be honest. Nothing looks like the pictures they display online. Like 10 shades of color off. Would love anyone to get into contact with me. Order was suppose to be delivered (at the latest today).Hasn't been shipped yet- no communication.
I have never experienced such hopeless and incompetent customer service. For 3 months they have postponed a case about a pair of trousers that fell apart the first time in the wash. Every time I have asked how long the case is, they have again asked for pictures - I ended up sending the pictures 4 times. until today they come up with an answer that they could have given 3 months ago. Since I no longer have the receipt for the trousers (new style from spring) they ask for a bank transaction - they get this and yet they can't use it. They are just wasting time! I really do not recommend doing business with or supporting this company - they completely do not care about their customers!
I had been visiting Liverpool with friends and bought a lovely bracelet from the store. Staff and store were great. I returned home to Belfast and two days later the bracelet had broken. I had emailed customer services but was told to address it for an exchange or refund I would need to revisit the store. Given that this is an online store also it is very disappointing that this is the only option available but even more disappointing is the quality of the product.
I’m extremely disappointed. I recently purchased a dark red suede bag from &Other Stories, and unfortunately, the color rubbed off onto two pairs of my white pants – both on the hip area (while wearing the bag on my shoulder) and even on the knee (when simply holding it by hand while walking). Despite immediate washing, the stains did not come out, and both pairs of pants are now ruined. I consider this a faulty product, as dye transfer to this extent is unacceptable. I reached out to the customer service team 6 days ago with a complaint and a request to resolve the matter, but was completely ignored. This is not only poor customer service, but a violation of basic consumer protection laws. I expect better accountability and support from a brand like &Other Stories. This experience has been very disappointing.
Dreadful. Ordered a dress, paid £4 for home delivery, instead of delivering to my home they sent it to an inpost locker 100 miles away from my home.Say I need to wait for a refund, can’t say how long. This is probably against some kind of consumer law. Will dispute this.
