😂🤣😂🤣Look at these reviews. What a bunch of made up names. Nobody recently seems to have had an issue with these people. I’ve been regularly phoning and emailing. NO response whatsoever. I’m still £200 out of pocket. PLEASE, be careful with these people. Check them on Google Maps. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM

Foolishly I didn’t look at reviews first!!I placed an order for replacement glass for my wood burning stove.Immediately received notification of order, then notification my order being processed, then an email with tracking.Only problem is it all stops there!You can’t get into the tracking.I have emailed them to ask for useable tracking info, but of course have received no response at all.I hate to say it but we are pensioners, I’m £40+ down and currently with unusable wood burner.I’m horrified that this person is conning so many people time after time without being stopped and I’m so upset I fell for it too.

Still not recommended!

Wel - eventually - my stove glass arrived! Hermes or should I say - Evri their new name! Delivered in on Saturday 26 March.Totally too late to be useful!It was required for a couple of elderly people, who needed it sooner. So I had to purchase one from forstoveglass in Dorset.An absolutely brilliant company, cheaper and quicker!! Highly recommended!My purchase from stoveglass-direct is a total loss! Still don't recommend them!

Wish I had read the reviews before…

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This company is so bad , Don’t reply to Emails, don’t respond to phone calls and don’t deliver the goods . I have asked for a Refund as was able to get replacement glass delivered with in 24 hours from Saltfire . We are pensioners and needed the glass to heat our house as could not use stove without it. Worst experience ever with a online company !

Failed to deliver order

Failed to deliver order, now 8wks over due. Initially and almost straight away advised that order had been despatched and to expect to be received within 5days. Have chased and chased with emails, initially some lame excuses about delivery issues and item was being resent, latterly no response and phone message box is full. Have raised a charge back request with my bank. Avoid like the plague

Shocking service

Shocking service. Took nearly £50 from me for replacement stove glass, got an instant email saying dispatched. This eas 23rd Feb. To date nothing received. Their telephone number goes straight to a permanently full voicemail. No replies to emails. They have basically stolen my money. Looks like many other people have also been scammed. Just avoid at all costs, and don't confuse with the other company with the same name, less the hyphen. Just avoid, avoid, avoid. I am trying to get my money back with no joy.

NEVER use this company

NEVER use this company, any excellent reviews are probably fake. Answer phone full no more capacity for messages let alone trying to talk to anyone emails ignored. Ordered my order over a month ago and still waiting, wrote a review earlier and funny enough a Richard phoned me, still not got my order. NEVER use this company.

Dreadful - avoid! Goods never arrive. I believe the recent positive reviews are fake ones posted by the owner. Have reported to trading standards.

Wrong item received, Stoveglass-Direct ignore customer calls and emails

I ordered a side glass for my Flavel Emberglow Classic BF fire on 1st February 2022. Size required by me was 290mm x 106mm. I selected this size, ordered and paid. I received an email acknowledgement stating 5 to 7 days delivery, this is due to seasonal delays and covid.. I received the item on 12th February 2022. The item was poorly packaged but found in good condition. Upon opening, I have received an item of 490mm x 265mm. I have emailed and called to no avail. This is unprofessional, impolite, and diplays blatant disrespect for the customer.

I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole!!…..they’re relying on their company name being ‘almost’ the same as Stoveglass Direct (that’s without the hyphen!), who are an excellent, reputable and reliable company!!
