Review Time
Is this company even real? I only know that they took the money, sent no order confirmation, no shipping details, and no stove glass.Update: the glass eventually arrived, about three weeks late. Actually well-packed. I think the company is for real, just rather disorganised.
As other reviews, took two weeks to arrive, not the 3-5 days as advertised, no reply to emails or phone calls, not able to use stove in this time. Gave up waiting after 10 days and ordered from somewhere else who sent it next day with free seal. Stove glass-direct ignored requests for refunds, but magically sent glass after refunds demanded. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. In the end I now have two pieces of replacement glass, as attempting to send back to Stock glass-direct would be further pointless endeavour. Avoid them at all costs.
Just another bad review, much the same experience as the rest. I spoke to the owner before ordering, he was helpful and suggested a turnaround of 3-5 days. When I paid the bank blocked my bank transfer, I thought that the bank were being over cautious, how wrong was I? I rang back, amazed he answered, as cannot raise any response now. I’m wondering if he’s gone on holiday with all our money!?I paid through Klarna, directed by him.No updates, no delivery, no glass. Disgusting behaviour.
Paid for my stoveglass was told it will arrive in 5 days We are now on day 28 and I even got to speak to someone about it who said I am so sorry it will be there tomorrow morning It never happened It never will happen It’s a scam DO NOT USE
I placed my order on the 10th of October and afterwards, for some reason, decided to look at the company's reviews and was quite alarmed by what I found. Expecting the worst, I even looked up how to make a chargeback on my debit card when the time came. On the 14th of October my stove glass was delivered well packaged and in perfect condition. The price was the cheapest I could find and the delivery time very good. I couldn't possibly give anything less than five stars and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again - I have to take as I find and I found them very good. Perhaps they could improve their telephone service it might give customers more confidence.
I ordered a standard glass item on September 12th. The initial acknowledgment indicated a 3-5 day delivery window, yet as of today, I'm still awaiting its arrival. I've made multiple attempts to reach out, including two emails and two voicemails, seeking tracking information, but to no avail. Due to this delay, I opted to purchase the item from Amazon yesterday. Not only did they provide timely delivery, but the item was also £2 less expensive. Disappointing experience.
First time writing a review, but felt we had to. Were unsure whether to order from this company because of the reviews, however, we decided to place an order & were absolutely delighted with the whole end to end experience, confirmation of order, notification of delivery, actual delivery & the quality of the product. We will definitely use this company again
