I ordered fire bricks and received glass, 30 phone calls with no pick up, sent emails and messages via website and no reply, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Very slow and no customer service.

Ordered glass before Christmas and 2 weeks later I had not received it or heard anything. Tried emailing and phone but no response. Read reviews on here and believed it to be a scam. Ordered the glass from company with the same name but no “-“ in the web address and the glass came from them within a few days. To my surprise the first order from this company did arrive then a month after I placed the order.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered stove rope and glue on 28th December and nothing has arrived. Spoke to a man at the company a few weeks ago who assured me the items were in stock and would be delivered within days, but still nothing. Now no reply to emails or phone and I've had to try to recover my payment through my bank. Will also report to Trading Standards as this con man is not fit to operate.

Bad experience

Order.ed glass 9th January. Money taken on that date. No glass by 25 January. So have cancelled order and asked for a refund. Paid by PayPal so have raised a dispute with them. I have now ordered the glass from Harworth Heating who had it in stock

Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company. The order, taken in early January took 15 working days to arrive and was for a stove completely different to that quoted in the order. Trying to contact their customer service was impossible - 10 attempts by phone. Eventually, on a Monday morning, their answerphone file was completely full. No response from emails. They appear to be incompetent.

Delayed delivery.

Ordered the glass on 27th Dec, glass eventually arrived today, 17th Jan. I can understand why previous reviewers voiced their concerns of it being a scam, which it clearly isn't as my order has been completed, albeit a bit late. So apart from the delay in competing the order and the lack of communication the company seems to be ok.

Ordered two replacement stove glass on…

Ordered two replacement stove glass on the 11th December 2021 still have not received items have left numerous emails phoned and left messages numerous times and both not answered can’t get through to speak to anyone original email said shipstation was handling items to pass onto Hermes even provided tracking number for Hermes to never receive items still saying we’re expecting your parcel I would avoid this place
