Do not send money to this company

Placed an order on 13th April2024 for rope gasket and glue for stove paid £18.75! After repeated emails and texts arrived today 14th May ! very short piece of rope 80cm length so would not fit around stove door and no glue or finishing tape!! Just wish I had read the other reviews before paying this rogue outfit!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .

Ordered glass from this company for my 89 year old mum her log burner glass broke and I ordered with the sizes and they sent one with a curve which is totally wrong and now they are blaming me which doesn’t help my mum who can’t afford to pay for another piece of glass the company are total thieves wish I could give them 0

Let down by lack of communication.

Having ordered glass I checked reviews which were mostly bad. I emailed and tried to call but the mail and calls went unanswered. Ten days later the glass arrived, well packaged. This company lets itself down by failing to communicate but the order was fulfilled.

Poor Ethics - The business doesn't seem to have learned

This business doesn't seem to have learned anything. Page after page of a long list of complaints. This business still continues with the same miss-handled orders , so it is par for the course with their haphazard way. I hope you read this before purchasing items and avoid a load of stress. Also check well prior to ordering to avoid any confusion with another similarly named company. Not worth the great hassle involved based on my own experience.
