Ordered from this company for the first and last time please do not use them.Item stated it was delivered to a safe place which is a picture of the delivery driver holding the item in his hand outside my back gate.When I said I have not received this they advised me tracking and a picture prove it was delivered but all you have to do is turn up to someone’s house and take a picture in your hand and scam the customers.They advised nothing they can do £85 down the drain.When I complained they said I was rude to a member of there team yes I was after the twelve time of trying to resolve this as it was a gift for my 16 year old daughter.So thanks again.
Do not shop here!! Total scam!! Bought the 3 piece bandeau top set for my gf. They completely miss sold the item, labelling it as a “skirt” set and in the photos it’s a really nice skirt, but sneakily in the description it’s says “skort” and in reality is a hideous pair of shorts that completely don’t fit and literally no one would ever wear. And then they expect you to pay to send it back! Absolute disgrace, don’t trust this company.
Bought a co ord for a gift for my daughter. The item arrived and it didn’t look like the picture ans advertised. I sent the item back and they told me they wouldn’t refund it as it was covered in makeup. Complete LIES my daughter didn’t even have makeup on! Told me I had to then pay them to send it back to me. SCAMMERS. So basically I paid £40 and got scammed. Disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Coat lining has become unstiched in less than 2 months. Customer services are useless and said its been worn excessively (which it hasnt) and that it can't be proven who is at fault. Refused to exchange, repair or refund. Which is actually against the consumer rights act
Cheap products. Stitches have come away after ten minutes of wearing. Customer service are no use and will only let me return if they still have the tags on. Have explained I’ve had this item on literally walking out the house and to the car and all the stitches have pulled. No help what so ever.
If I could give more stars I would! Don’t understand the bad reviews on here? My order arrived really fast, the quality is amazing (even after washing) and the price point is so low compared to other boutiques selling the same stuff, happy customer 👌
