We were cheated by this company. STAY AWAY. The engineer came to our flat to fix our leak to the water softener connection. They charged 200£ to change a washer. The engineer didn't do a good job and all he did was to switch off the connection to the water softener. 15 days later we switched it back and the leak was not fixed. They totally cheated us.
I would like to thank the Plumber Dan for helping me with the hot water cylinder problem on Saturday. I was a bit worried that i would be left with no hot water for the weekend but he fixed it for us and it was a permanent solution. I really appreciate his help and would defintely recommend him to anyone in critical situations
£1239 for clearing a toilet drain. Highly inappropriate charges.Blocked toilet drain requiring a next-day callout. We didn't receive the terms and conditions until the plumber arrived at our facility, pressuring our staff member into confirming, and we were told he couldn't start work until we had accepted.It turns out the call out fee is £69 but on top of this they charge a minimum of one hour's labour (£267), took much longer than the 45-69 minutes they advertise on the website, and then added 'admin fees' (15%!). What these admin fees are for is very unclear. All exclusive of VAT, of course. Clearing a toilet drain at a kids sports venue cost just over £1200 for less than 3 hours' work.The plumber himself was cordial and professional, however the systems put in place by the company are designed to pressure you into an emergency situation.The company charges well over 3 times the London average, and we would highly recommend avoiding them.
This Company is a complete scam! They send plumbers who are sub-contracted and will take advantage of the emergency situation and a stressed customer, in our case it was a broken boiler. They make you respond to their email contract essentially agreeing to their T&Cs before they even diagnose the issue so you have no way out of it! They replaced some parts to the boiler but would refuse to specify what part was changed etc neither did they mention on the invoice or give us any further information. Despite of even having contacted the Company several times, they would never give us the details.Please stay miles away from them. JVA

The lady and gentlemen I spoke to more than once told me things that were not true, and then having promised a non call out fee, they then sent me an invoice with it on. Not very professional and I wouldn't use them again.
As a pensioner, I called them to fix my bathroom tap. They charge a £60 non-emergency call out fee, but here is the catch - if you want the job done, it's over £200 per hour! Worse, the engineer didn't tell me how long the job would take or if it could be fixed. Luckily, my son was there to step in, or I could have ended up paying over £500 for a simple tap replacement. I still had to pay the £60, but it felt like a near-miss with a company more interested in getting to my cash than service. Do yourself a favour - find a trusted local plumber who's transparent and won't rip you off !
