Awful and overpriced service.I contacted Swift Plumbers as I had a gas leak in my property where the boiler had been capped. There was no hot water or heating and my insurance company could only give me an appointment for 4 days later.I made arrangements for them to come, not knowing that they rip customers off. I was quoted £69 for a call out but as I was desperate, I gave the green light.Upon attending to my property, I was quoted £150 for parts only - being told that it was a special product which is definitely a lie (my insurance company charged £150 for both parts and workmanship) but even worse, I was quoted £350 per hour for workmanship!? When I asked how long this would take, they couldn’t give me a rough time. Who charges £350 an hour for a repair with no accurate figure of what to pay? Just be twiddling their fingers and all of a sudden, you have a bill of 1k+!I even asked before committing to the £69 of what a rough price would be, as surely they’d have encountered this issue before to which they said, they can’t give a rough guide. Definitely a ploy to rip people off. Even worse, I recieved an invoice and it was £82 not £69. Why not say the full amount at the time? Avoid them, awful company looking to rip customers off. Get insurance instead. They fixed my property with no issues at all. Desperate times should not call for desperate measures. Crooks.

If i could give 0 starts I would. Scam Scam Scam!!!!. A 15 minute job took 3 hours, charged over £1000. would not take the card I was told they would take for payment, plumber would not leave until I have it sorted. I cannot say how awful my experience was. hopefully I can find another job to put food on the table this month. Thanks for nothing.
Avoid this company at all costs, they love money too much. On the phone the call out is 69 pounds and when the plumber gets to your place, 1 hour job costs 299£. The worse is problem not solved still have to pay 299£AVOID AVOID AVOID, your you will be the one wringing this message.
Scammers!! Avoid that company, they taking 340£ per 30min job which doesn't help after two hour problem appear again and after calling them they lied that gonna send someone, nobody came leaving us without heating, they just came to take money and rip you off!!
Run a mile before you get ripped off! Terrible & dishonest entrapment.I was forced to pay 250 pounds without any fix to my heating which would have costed me at least the same again! They put many extra fees in the small print and make you sign and pay in your home. Violating.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Absolute scammers! Yes their plumber got the job fixed which was amazing but the company itself is atrocious! Rude and intimidating over the phone! Hidden fees which then hike the payment up triple and they won't leave your home until payment is made and they won't budge or help with anything. DO NOT USE
Careful everyone..they are frod ..They are a scammer they took my money £474 and that did mistake there didn’t work properly and they took my money. They didn’t refund my money so everyone be careful. Don’t book them. They are scammer and they are behaviour. Very bad .customer Service very bad and they did dirty think and they traded me.
They tried to charge £900 for 1 hour 20 minutes of work, which was essentially changing the settings on the boiler. In the invoice, they charged for 2 hourly units, so I called and managed to get them to reduce the fee down to 1.5 hours after a 20 minute discussion. Don’t be fooled like me!All of these reviews must be fake!!
AVOID Don't use these people ! call out charge and other high fees very disappointed they require email contract before they look once there at your house so then they have you once I agreed for the hour £199 plus all the other addon fees they diagnosed wrong fault with no offer to get parts of fix cost me almost £500 for nothing !
