I paid for a new phone, ten days later the phone never was shipped, they gave me the run around for days so they didn’t have to give me a refund then actually wanted me to pay more money to get another phone shipped, after 21/2 weeks later I finally got my refund, 7 hours on the phone with them one of the most annoying experiences of my life! Do not shop T-Mobile they scam you take your money hold it hostage and you gotta fight tooth and nail to get it back,SCAM!

I was a former long-term Sprint customer that had to go over to T-Mobile after the merger. Overall their phone service and customer service have both been pretty good. Pretty good. Not perfect. But generally speaking they had tried to address problems. The only warning I would give is NEVER make a mid-cycle plan change on T-Mobile. There is a huge hidden penalty for mid-cycle plan changes. It is crazy. But the solution is simple: never do them. T-Mobile, to their credit, eventually refunded me all the crazy mid-cycle change penalty. So did they buy my loyalty? Yeah. I could get paid $200 a line to switch over to Verizon now but I have decided not to do this. My concern is that if I have problems, they will just tell me to jump into a lake. T-Mobile, if there are problems, is pretty reasonable, and they care when you are a long-term customer. So rather than take the $800 for switching 4 lines to Verizon, I am sticking with T-Mobile. You don't miss customer service until it is gone.Oh, I have read many negative reviews of T-Mobile customer service, but that has simply not been my experience. Finally, if you have a really bad problem, like a huge penalty for a mid-cycle plan change penalty ($100 plus easy), you can to call the cancellation department to get it fixed. That's how I got my huge penalty refunded via credits. Yeah, T-Mobile is not perfect, but it is pretty good and deserves 4 stars.

Today, May 17th, I received a call from TMobile. The person I spoke was polite and listen to my concerns. She told me that I would get a credit to the cost of the iwatch. She explained the sale the person at the store gave me. I told her the salesperson did not tell me that is what I was getting; however, TMobile is making good on the salesperson's sale of the iwatch. I now will have just 6 more payments on the watch. I'll see how it goes in the next month's bill. I appreciate they are honoring the sale made at the store. If this works out I will change star rating. In January 2023, I needed to a new phone because my old phone was dying. I got an iphone. Not a problem with the phone. While I was there the salesperson showed me the iwatch and said it was on sale for $99. I said okay I would take the phone. Didn't like that I had to get an additional phone line since I'm not tied to a phone. I have to keep the line for about 16 months. When the salesperson generated the iwatch invoice I noticed the price was $299. I told him I did not want the watch if it was that amount. He assured me the price would adjust after processing the sale. A few days later, I went in and paid $99 thinking I was paying off the iwatch. Surprise when I got my first bill and there is no price adjustment for the watch. I go back to the store. The original person that helped me that day was not in the store; however, the person helping me on my return was in the store when I originally got the watch. I explained what happened. He said he would give me a $100 credit and then submit a request for another $100 for gift card that I could use toward the watch. The credit was credited to my monthly bill not the iwatch, so I still owe $200 on the iwatch. The salesperson behaved as if he was doing me a favor. The gift card was denied because it was not on sale at the time. I wrote to Tmobile because they denied the gift card of $100. Never heard back from them. I am a long time customer. The iwatch went on sale 3 days later. If the salesperson had been honest I would have returned later to get the iphone and iwatch and allow him to get the sale. My advice don't believe it when they tell you the billing will be updated and corrected when it processes. Walk away.

Do not use them until they work out the kinks of merging with Sprint. My US service is terrible despite their 5g claims. I constantly reply to clients' emails on my phone, and many of these emails do not go thru. Always use to go thru prior to Sprint merger. My guess is too many people for not enough towers. Whatever the reason, they have work to do.

This is no Company there service sucks but there prices keep getting higher there customer service reps are awful they lie about everything from prices to how they will help you If you are considering switching to them be prepared to spend well over 2500 a year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fiber optic installation is long overdue. They sold to me the Internet T-Mobile Thuis Internet-Fiber Optic subscription, lying saying it was available in my street. They never got back to me since the purchase. I had to call them, just to learn it isn't available in my street and they have to install it. No estimation of when that would be done. Only asking me to wait. After waiting 2 weeks I call again, and they ask me to call another number (Company which installs the fiber optic connection) myself. They gave me the message that I have to wait and they will contact me back.Lack of transparency and trust with T-Mobile. After being a client for such a long time. Don't recommend it.
