They lie, they dont provide refund

They dont refund even if you received wrong order, bad quality and the customer service have no decision only memorize what to say for customers. Policies are horrible. Im waiting for another good delivery company to take over uae market

One cannot comprehend the way talabat…

One cannot comprehend the way talabat treat their customers. Despite paying a topped up fee on every order still get cold or in some cases no food/ cancelled order update. When you call them that order was canceled after 2 hours and they will just act helpless. I wouldn’t recommend talabat to anyone

It’s really disappointing how they are…

It’s really disappointing how they are treating there client . I have place d an order yesterday night after one hour talabat team call me to inform me that my order has been cancel refund will be done for my payment . The customer service agent Mohammed Talha was really really rude I don’t understand iam the customer I have right to complain but still he saying only one sentence to me sorry i have to cancel the payment and so refund there is no professionalism in this as a big delivery company they should hire people who are more professional and also treat there customers with special care specially customers who are using there service from long time . I didnt eat because of them I asked them to do refund in my bank account they put money in talabat account which I didnt request it . No communication between restaurants and talabat team if the restaurant is close why they let people still order from it that’s my question

Disappointed with Declining Service Quality and Unhelpful Vouchers

I have been a loyal customer of this food delivery service for years, but lately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in service quality. Orders are frequently delayed, and instead of taking responsibility, the company shifts the blame onto riders or restaurants.To make matters worse, their solution is always a 25-dirham voucher. However, the voucher feels pointless when I try to use it—small orders aren't allowed, and I'm forced to increase the amount just to check out. This isn’t the kind of support I expected from a service I’ve trusted for so long.It’s disappointing to see how poorly the platform is now handling customer care, and unless improvements are made, I’ll have to reconsider my options.

Deducted total amount by showing offer amount. Big scams going on in talabat. Beware everyone, overpriced items than normal shop price plus delivery fee plus service fees make the amount more than double. Then they show offers that are only good to see but when applied they deduct total amount and you keep chasing them for refund and they keep replying with automated messages. Not gonna order again

Fake and deceiving offers and they ask you to 12.5 le to activate the offer when you add them they ask you to add 129 le to achieve it . And the total balance they robbing you Not professional and irresponsible people working on this app

Frustrating Encounter with Talabat

I recently encountered a frustrating glitch with the Talabat app, and my experience with their customer support was extremely disappointing. The issue was that my order was duplicated, and a payment was processed without my consent just 10 minutes after the original order was placed. After reporting the problem, there was no follow-up from the support team. I called Talabat at 2:00 AM, and they set an appointment to call me back between 10:00 and 10:30 AM, but they never did. By 3:00 PM, I had to find a workaround just to reach them again.When they finally called, I spent almost an hour on the line with no resolution, speaking with four different agents before being connected to Mohammad, a tele-support manager. While Mohammad was helpful and stayed with me until the issue was resolved.As I was still on the call with Mohammad, a Talabat representative named Mustafa Galal called and resolved the issue in less than a minute. This highlighted the lack of communication between support lines, something that could have made the process much smoother and quicker. Mustafa offered his apologies and a 25 AED voucher, which I refused.Ultimately, I decided to delete my account and the app. I'm sad to do so, as Talabat was my go-to delivery service, but after this incident, I no longer feel confident putting myself in a situation where I might face such poor customer support again.

Worst experiance

Worst experiance. No responsible person to contact with any issue. Order was an hour late to the restaurant and git cancelled due to the tardiness. No one contacted me through a call to inform me of the order cancellation. Wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with this company again.
