Zero customer service.Advertised 1 min wait time when selecting the restaurant, which, trust me, is impossible here. Intrigued, I ordered and without notice, wait time went to 55mins. Before I had a chance to cancel, the restaurant had picked up the order. This is not the only coincidence, ALL of my past order had issues. Groceries were advertised discounted, turned up at full price, wrong drinks delivered (at 12 QAR/can), missing items--still waiting on several refunds. Mind you, refunds do not go to a credit card, they are only redeemable with this horrible company. Live Chat customer service is a thing of the past, as is a phone line. Just right now, the service chat agent that reached out TO ME disconnected after less than one minute while I was still typing. Completely unacceptable, don't order from them, they once were good but have turned too greedy and are now completely garbage.
I had a disappointing experience with my recent order. I was at a different location and there was no option to change my delivery address or even cancel the order. When I called customer service, the agent informed me that the food had already been delivered, but it was not delivered to me. This has been the worst service I've encountered, and I cannot recommend using Talabat.
Extremely disappointed Talabat Delivery Hero. I waited for almost 2 hours for my order, which was marked as delivered in the app, but I never received the items. After contacting customer support, they issued me a 25 AED voucher and refunded my money to the app, instructing me to place another order.However, when I tried to reorder, they cancelled it again and directly blocked my account, preventing me from accessing my funds. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Talabat, every agent I spoke, they blamed me for not adhering to their terms, which I believe I did not violate any of their terms. They refused to return my money or unblock my account, leaving me feeling cheated.I’m very disappointed with Talabat's service and treatment. It seems they are taking advantage of customers by blocking accounts and withholding funds without proper resolution.

I cancelled an order after paying because they delayed it by almost double the stated time. Then they delayed my refund for a whole week and lied when I called to ask them saying my bank declined it. There was no phone number to call and the chat system is hilarious. I had to have at least 7 phone calls already and they still did not refund me.I intend to delete the app completely and never use it again.
Rider problems! On a hungry day, the delivery time says 1 hour; waited that long to find out the rider gave the order to another rider who went back to the restaurant!! And guess what, delivery time will take another 1 hour!!! Really don’t need this from Talabat on a hot and tiring afternoon.
The worst, i wish a better alternative shows up and take their entire market share.They make it almost impossible to reach customer service. I was charged some extra fees that should not be charged, i want to report so i get my refund and there is absolutely no chance to get to speak to customer service either on phone or chat, even by mail i got an automated reply that i must go to chat in the app, the chat with agent option in the app is not available, only a punch of clicks on options that end with a stupid message “your feedback will help us grow” well i hope you never grow.Besides their rewards program is the biggest fraud program in the history of rewards program, you can never use the points in anything you really need. Points expire before you know it.I will definitely stop using them.
I needed one product urgently for a Saturday family dinner, so went to talabat and found it in one of the supermarkets on the app, so ordered it and added a couple of things that I didn't really need to build it above AED 30, waited to get confirmation then went on preparing, to my surprise I check my phone 40 minutes later and find a message that the value of that product was returned as talabat pay, I checked further and found a previous message stating they didn't have the item. That was the biggest slap in the face as the whole meal wqs delayed at that time no matter what, so i got so frustrated and started trying to reach talabat, and it really pushed my blood pressure up as i couldn't find any help option, and everything led me to one stupid page that was actually useless feedback, finally after wasting 20 minutes i found customer service chat option extremely hidden in the menu, and managed to talk to a staff. As I was complaining he told me he can't issue compensation which i never asked for, so I asked him to cancel the whole order, and went on to remove the stupid app.Funny enough the staff's answer to my frustration of not finding customer support option (unlike before) was that the did it to make things easier, and he explained that they used to be contacted by customers for small things, so this way they get less messages, which effectively means it's just easier for talabat and no one else.Poor delivery person did make it and I sent him back with the partial order, having a decent customer service would've saved him the trip.
