Worst and shocking customer service

Worst and shocking customer serviceMy last three paid orders had missing items up to ten items and a broken one. They don’t bother calling to say anything about it. You need to find out and reach to them and spend lot of time arguing until they finally solved only one of the three cases and said they can’t do anything about the rest.

If it were possible to rate them 0 stars, I would. Technical support is completely uncontrolled, they can be rude, not respond, or simply close your requests by responding sarcastically, when you ask to call the manager and make a complaint - they will say yes yes, and will do nothing. They do not have any support call numbers and you are forced to chat with them by text.

The worst service I have ever…

The worst service I have ever experienced. I am surprised Talabat is still operating, given the excellent service that Careem and Uber have. They need to learn from both of these companies.

I always disappointed

I always disappointed , whenever I had ordered food it taken too much time as they metion online plate form 20 to 25 minutes but it's not when ever I ordered food it's too late More then 45 minute and one hour and even the location is very closed from restaurant

talabat's drivers education level is…

talabat's drivers education level is zero, they can't read the instructions , and no matter how much you complain they won't change or at least give the drivers some kind of training , i didn't have these kind of problems with any other courier companies, also they can't speak english

Worst food delivery ever!! I order 8 :58 for just one sinigang and…

I order 8 :58 for just one sinigang and it took morethan 2hrs. I try to follow up 4 times but theysay same words. Im really upset as I skip my medicine that why I order I thought I can eat early but the worsting it took morethan 2hrs for just 1 order

Unskilled customer service

One of the weakest customer service in the country. I placed a burgerking order at 8:30pm & was supposed to receive it by 9:15pm.At 9:20pm, I chatted with Salman who mentioned that he contacted the restaurant & found out that my order is ready, but the rider is on the way to pick it up, and he will make sure that my order will be delivered within 10 to 15 minutes maximum.After waiting another half an hour, I received a message that my order is canceled. I complained to Bassma who kept apologizing, but never offered any solution. I asked her that I need a refund & a compensation for the long wait. Surprizingly, she mentioned that she can only issue a refund, but no compensation will be there. I told her that after waiting for one hour & a half, and my order is cancelled, nothing will be offered? She sarcasticly mentioned that I can enjoy their discounts.Since that time, I deactivated my pro subscription & uninstalled the application. Now, I'm using Noon & Deliveroo.I don't recommend talabat application at all.

Extremely Disappointing Service..

Extremely Disappointing Service..I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience on Talabat. My order was canceled without any notice, yet I was charged for it. After waiting for my order, I had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to reach the restaurant, only to find out they never received my order. To make matters worse, Talabat's support team assured me they would resolve the issue and promised to deliver the order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that never happened. Instead, I was informed that I would receive a refund, but only after waiting 5-7 days. This entire process wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. It is unacceptable that I was charged for an order that was canceled without communication. I expected better service from a platform like Talabat, and this experience was deeply disappointing.

They don’t have customer service

They don’t have customer service. They delivered to me wrong order and they did not refund or get my correct order. They are only apologizing and closing my complaint on their app. Never trust them or order with them again stealing money from customers

TALABAT CANCELED THE ORDER AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN 1 Hr

Ordered a food in the time when I had guests at home waiting for more than one hour to get the food when Talabat send me a message stating that my order is canceled, after more than one hour and chatting with the so called " customer service" they stated to me that it may happened because of lack of dele very agents,.I hope that no one is getting the bad experience that I had specifically if you are inviting family or guests at home as you may get the same sudden cancelation by TALABATVery bad experience , I don't recommend it.
