They gave a low class an poorest device…

They gave a low class an poorest device ever! There is no telephone no clear email address no one responsible there! They blocked my account with 250 AED in it? (Credit for refund) and many points in it after follow up for 2 months finally they said saying your account being hacked! If acc is hacked you should inform me and if it's hacked it shows how untrustworthy is your application …but even when I sent many emails and calling you keep ignoring me …. Finally after 2 months they contacted me recently asking me open new account to put my money an points there. I created new account but they said we are not able to transfer it please place some order then we can add it! What do you call this?! If I was not following up with you you would never call me to refund my money now after months contacting you asking me to place some order if I want to get money and points back!

Basically a scam, Horrible

Horrible, somewhat a scam,, probably money laundering too, no refunds no help no decent service overall delivery is bad, service is bad, app is broken, customer service workers are rude and disrespectful refunds are non existent, order and items are missing? Good luck you're scammed, food is bad or not as described or something is wrong? Good luck you're scammed too, payment gone wrong and talabat took your money? Good luck no money is back

@Tomaso RodriguezTalabat App recently gave me a bad experience. I used a talabt discount voucher to order KFC. The order was received by KFC at full price without the discount applied. When I called KFC, they denied the Talabt voucher, which put me in a bad position. What if I don't have cash to pay their delivery man? Talabt apologized for the error and was trying to credit back the discount voucher I never used. Instead of addressing my real issue of facing a bad situation, they were focusing on refunding my discount voucher. Upon calling again, Talabat representative used an aggressive tone, which I did not like, and denied his colleague Ms. Doaa's offer. My complaint was forced to be written here as well as online so a responsible person could respond. While I have the right to request a refund, I would like to be compensated for the way the Talabat team handled my issue and initially put me in such a position. It's not nice to harass the customers if there is a communication gap between Talabat and the restaurant.Now they blocked my account @Tomaso RodriguezOrder# 673485476

Actually there is cheating in talabat I…

Actually there is cheating in talabat I found many times different prices in 50% off list prices than actual prices , for example in one restaurant that I know the actual price of a sandwich is 12 dirhams and talabat made it 26 dirhams so when after they detuct the 50% off still the shop will receive same actual price that means fooling people I have the screenshots.

Worst Delivery Partner Company

Our company signed up with Talabat as a delivery partner and dealing with them was a Real Nightmare...no one to return our inquiries or attend to our concerns. After a year we opted out and didn't renew the costly contract. It's so chaotic and unorganized it puzzles me how they're still running?!

Refund and poor service

I ordered food and it came 1 hour late and stone cold. I spoke to the chat and they were very poor in handling anything all they said that I would receive a refund in 30 mins, that was over 2 days ago. I spoke to the managent team and they told me by midnight I will recive the refund and again they lied. This app is a scam and do not use this platform. All tourist stay clear of this app. They are all thiefs and expert liers

Placee an order which was very late. The app tracking is inaccurate as it said the rider was 2 mins away for over 20 mins. The chat help is slow and then give commitments that they don't achive. Food finally arrive stone cold so was rejected so asked foe a refund and they try to give as credit rather than refund. This was the fist time using them in a long time due to previous poor service. But things haven't improved and I won't be using again

Online staff is very incompetent

Online staff is very incompetent. They don’t have willingness to retain customer at all. NAWAZ T did not put any efforts to talk to customer and resolve issue. Very disappointed services, for a order need to wait more than an hour there's no response from the customer service. Wasting of our time and food will get cold So please don't cheat the people if u can't keep the promises before you giving. I will never choose through talabat next time.
