Service is hopeless

Their service is useless. i have been disappointed so many times. I have placed my order at 7:30pm for groceries and they call me at 9:50pm to tell me that they cannot deliver. i have ordered food and it takes 2 hours to deliver. And this time, i ordered lunch at 12:45pm and did not receive anything until 2pm so I initiated a chat with the support and was told that my order will be delivered by 3:24pm. Ridiculous service. I wish there was a way to make them pay for the useless service they provide.

Poor Service

Bad service especially talabat mart and no punctuality at all. I have placed an order at 9:00 pm and it came at 12:00 am. Besides, the delivery boy was so rude when I contacted him by phone and transferred it to someone else. The only thing that was good about the situation was the supervisor's attitude and how he dealt with.

Poor Service

Poor services from the chat system from Mosin, did not offer any sort of compensation after messing up my order, stop advertising shops product and services if they are closed. 5+ hours waiting for my food.

Poor Service

Order at around 6pm with Talabat, and it is now 11:30pm and I still have not received my order. I have tried to call 10 times and no one is picking the phone up. I got through to Talabat and they said your shop is closed, stop advertising your product and services if you guys are closed!!

Not recommended at all!

It was not the first time facing problems with this app, but this time my patience has run out! I ordered 2 juices and 2 Manoushe which usually takes about 30minutes to deliver, the app was showing 45 minutes delivery time. After 2 hours and half of waiting, I tried contacting the restaurant, the number on talabat was wrong, then I tried contacting talabat on the helpchat, they made me wait for 30minutes until I was connected to someone to assist me, then after a long conversation they told me that my order is cancelled due to a technical issue, and they told me that my money will be given back to me as a talabat credit or voucher only with compensation of 10 dirhams lol 2 hours and half waiting for my order to ended up without my food and not even sending my money back to my card!!! Many times I received food late and cold, 2 times I had my order delivered to another address, and one time someone took my food from the talabat driver and they told me driver made a mistake! Lol but this time was the end of it. I made a complaint to dubai Consumer service center, and I've deleted this app. I'd rather pay extra than have this unprofessional service handling my food, I highly not recommend it, better call the restaurant directly. Peace.

Honestly talabat ruined my day they…

Honestly talabat ruined my day they canceled my order after i spoke to the restaurant and agreed to switch the item which was from tony romans restaurant Talabat contact me after one hour to tell me that the restaurant wants to contact then I contact the restaurant which is was ok to switch the order but you can reach me earlier not after one hour waiting, so then simply talabat contact me 15 minutes later to say that they canceled my order!!!!! It’s so bad, am working all the time and am fully booked and i was wait my food then talabat canceled it because they don’t have communications between them employees, so that makes me super upset,and by the way one star is too much on your service, i had issues before but I never complain, today I blame on you that you ruined my day!!!!

Amazing service

Amazing service. These comments are all false from my experience. My experience is always great whenever I have an issue they make sure they solve it. About cancelling orders it isn't from the talabat itself but from the restaurant. The restaurant can cancel it at anytime if they're busy or not available to take order. Communication time to time varies since some drivers are amazing while some aren't.

Policy for talabat is unfriendly to customers

The system and policy for talabat is for the company and against the customer. They actually try to keep you by reimbursement through in app credit rather than return money. Now to delete the app i first need to experience "a better service" by using my credit due to bad outcome. I have faced too many problems with this app and its obvious there is a lack of customer friendly environment in this service, not to mention the audacity of correcting mistake by request more payment and reimburse through credit once more!!Even drivers are misinformed and/or unprofessional in communication.Talabat Owners should look into the management and consider experienced quality administration and service. Perhaps also re-think what was their purpose in the first place. Its also a wonder most restaurant in app are opting for their own delivery drivers.Completely frustrating
