One star is not enough!So we are WAITING for our order and turns out that it's CANCELLED. No one informs me or CALLED me that they will cancel it. I contacted the live chat of Talabat to find out it's CANCELLED!! TALABAT SAID THE PROBLEM IS IN KFC. KFC SAID THE PROBLE< IS FROM THE TALABAT?? Woow!!!! And what are you going to do to us, customers that are complaining??? Tossing or passing to each other Talabat or KFC????? No one fixed this problem! NO one!!This is NOT THE 1st TIME Talabat!!! WHAT A SERVICE!!
I ordered in advance my food so it is ready during my lunch break. i received the 2st call from Talabat customer Service asking about the time and i conformed and the person on the other end of line acknowledged and confirmed my timing request. 5 minutes later i receive a call from a very rude and unhelpful customer service saying either you change the time of delivery or we have to cancel the order. you can contact us via email if you have any complaint. this is utterly not acceptable. it doesn't matter what the aggregator still need to respect the client and not tell them off in such way.
If there is 0 I will pick that for these guys, such unprofessional drivers.My order took 3 hours later get a call from the driver and he delivered it to somewhere else. for the surprise, got a call from talabat saying your order is canceled. I will never order from these guys for sure.
This is the company who secretly removed their reviews from Google Reviews due to endless complains from the customers. The most of complains are their dishonesty for the refunds or disputes but this company doesn’t care about anything but fraud. They will never entertain our refund request with appropriate manner except useless e-mails sent by anonymous person who claims to be in charge for customer service. If they believe that they are doing business with correct manner, they don’t have to get worst reviews nor DELETE GOOGLE REVIEWS SECRETLY. To prove the point, pls search Talabat in Google that is the most widely used website for reviews but you will not find them. What a shame to let them run the company like this. The only positive review that I can find here seems to be posted and well worded by the employees of Talabat to deny our complains but the vast bad reviews proof their reputation.
Horrible experience! 2 times already happened that I’m waiting for my order more than 2 hours, and then when you complain they call you and promise you this will not happen again and they think when they provide you 8 AED you will be satisfied, that is so unprofessional. But the cool issue when I used the voucher given by Talabat, the driver have the bill without any deductions 😂😂. Poor customer service at all and the website system and delivery process really bad. After all that bad experience you don’t want to order from talabat anymore. Shame

We had problems with Talabat every now and then but last night one is unbelievable.We ordered food and 1 hour & 10 minutes later driver calls me to ask me if this & this is my address(basically he asked me if my address is where he actually was at the moment, how the app was showing for me). My address was clearly written in the app, so I don't even understand why they are all the time calling about that but anyways I told him my adress, but he told me to call Talabat and change my address. I was very lost and didn't understood a thing. As you cannot call Talabat I started a chat with them on the app itself. After explaining everything and them checking my order, the customer service representative told me that some road is closed and it's too far for the driver to come. She also told me someone will contact me from Talabat in 7-10 minutes to resolve this. Non of the roads were closed as I checked on several very good and always updated maps. Since they were not calling after 10 minutes, I started a chat again, this time they connected me to the restaurant that we ordered food from and after asking what is wrong with our order, since it has been 2 hours already, they said driver is not assigned yet. I asked after 2 hours is still not assigned and they answered again just driver is not assigned yet. No sorry, no explanation, super rude and unprofessional and also a very different and misleading information from them since the driver already called me half an hour earlier to ask me about the address. After that I got a call from Talabat customer service representative to tell me that the driver had an accident and couldn't come. 4 different stories from 4 different people. Spent one and a half hour of my time at 1 in the morning trying to figure out what is happening with the order. At the end started another, last chat, canceled my order and got my money back and the compensation of 8 dhs, wooow! Maybe a small Coke I can buy with that. Terrible service, misleading information, not informing customers who are paying for their services at all about their orders, when they are late, why are they late or in general if there are any issues, which we as consumers have the right to know. Waiting time up to maximum 1 and a half hour is not a problem, but after 2 hours I have to contact them to try to resolve the mystery of my food instead of them contacting me and saying nicely what is the issue. Anyways, Talabat is deleted forever from my phone and not just I will not use it again, I will not recommend it to anyone in this world.
