Poor customer relations

I purchased a £100 voucher with Teamsport for my sons brithday, my son was injured and unable to race for 8 months during this period and the voucher expired during this period. After discovering the voucher had expired I contacted Teamsport to see if they would do something but they just said sorry the voucher has expired and they were not willing to redeem it. My son had joined the Teamsport Race Academy and had been racing more than 30 times and for them to say the voucher has expired, we will pocket the £100, you will need to pay again to race with us is poor customer relations. Yes it is the terms and conditions but it just galls that they would not even offer anything. One thing is for sure I will not be racing with them ever again.

Best customer service ever

I had an issue with a recent visit to the Warrington track, but the customer service team couldn’t have handled it better. They were quick to respond, genuinely listened, and offered a really thoughtful resolution. I’m really impressed with how well my concerns were taken on board!! it’s rare to feel this valued as a customer! Big thank you to the team, for turning my experience around. Can’t wait to go back and race again soon!

I visited on a members night and it was the first time I’ve done a 30 minute raceStaff were all very friendly and I had a good time, I started to feel a little motion sickness at the end of the first session and all the staff were fab and made sure I was okay

Extremely poor teamsport Sheffield

Visited team sport Sheffield on 15-6-25. Very poor experience, would definatly not recommend to anyone.Certain track staff are trained very poorly, if not at all. Not unhelpful and unprofessional. Problems with equipment. One member of staff refused to change the gloves purchased to larger gloves. The races were constantly on yellow or red flags. One certain member of staff was consistently using his black flag to pit and warn all drivers over events that had not even happened.Extremely poor experience.I would strongly recommend avoiding the venue at Sheffield.

Video cams need improving

Had a great time racing! Having cameras on everyone is a great idea to debrief after a good race, however most of ours were significantly tilted down so the video is mostly of just the steering wheel! Would defo recommend angling the cameras higher.

Avoid at all cost

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with TeamSport Racing was so shockingly bad that it warrants warning others.We were met with utter disrespect and rudeness when trying to resolve a simple booking issue. Both Ellie and Daniela spoke to us in an incredibly unprofessional manner over the phone — raising their voices, interrupting, and even using inappropriate language. This was not just a bad day or a misunderstanding — this was a clear lack of basic customer service standards and human decency.After being treated this way, we no longer felt comfortable racing with TeamSport and requested a refund. Not only was this refused, but it was done with zero empathy or understanding for the situation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, we were dismissed and made to feel like an inconvenience.A business that treats its customers with such hostility doesn’t deserve your time or money. There are plenty of other karting venues out there — ones that understand how to treat people with respect. Avoid TeamSport at all costs.

Worse experience I’ve ever had karting…

Worse experience I’ve ever had karting , booked on for 3 sessions the first session the same person just kept spinning into the barriers causing constant yellow and red flags , the Marshalls just allowed them to do it the whole session and for the second session too before finally having a word with them , gets to the 3rd session and 3 mins in 2 lads decide there going to have a fight in the middle of the track so the session got red flagged and we just sat there the whole session watching these lads shout at each other session got red flagged and ended so we only got 3 mins driving

Told on ARRIVAL not book for 6 so one of the party had to drop out. Very poor customer relationship. Then told 2 members of the party ARE to short all 3 female party members are the same sizeRubbish totally
