Accidentally booked for the wrong day, called the callcentre straight up, speak to an agent and she after some discussion agrees that I can get a refund.A call back from the agent 10 minutes later and they change their mind. Actually we wont refund you. We will offer you a credit.I ask to speak to a manager to be told that 'they don't speak to customers'I clearly tell the agent that I will be making a complaint to my bank and to the company as she cant possibly call me back having changed her mind.Awful awful business to deal with...When I start to record the call (as they record mine) she ends the call saying that I am not allowed.Dont give these people your money, its going towards the worst possible company morals.Shame I never got to tell them that the reason it was booked on the wrong date was dyslexia in one of the party. A disability. They couldnt care less.
I have 2 kids in the academy and spend thousands a year and they charged me a admin fee to move a session accidentally booked. It's only £2.75, but it's the principle. I have spent thousands with them. Took them 5 secs to move the booking and that warrants £2.75??? I know its their policy, and could understand if I was just booking a 1 off session, but I have been taking my 2 kids for a year now and spend £20-30 on food a drinks every Sunday I go, as well as the £25.50 per kid, per session.Look after your regulars TeamSport.

I used to love this place until I took my son and they lumped us in with a group of animals. They talked through the briefing and ignored the lights. I was hit at speed four times on an orange light and the staff did nothing. In the end we quit after the first session and I was offered a refund due to the staff agreeing the party were our of order. I have massive pain in my back and neck from the impact. I knew it was going to be this way as members of said party kept nutting me and my son and each of their while waiting to get in our karts. To let people behave this way in full view of everyone is negligent and I'm glad we took videos because I'm taking this further with a solicitor. We've been here many times but never again
Took my son on his 8th birthday to the Dundee centre and he loved it. The staff were amazingly kind and made him feel special; the silly little helmet coverings and the gold suit were an amazing touch :) The kart was good fun, felt safe and it wasn't too fast for a beginner. Overall, great experience and will be going back on a regular basis.
