The most confusing booking system!

The most confusing booking system!What is all this code rubbish about. Why can we not just book normally instead of having 40 digit codes that don’t mean anything. 25% discounts on Boxing Day gives you a code then book the slot gives you a code then doesn’t take the Boxing Day code off !!!! What is going on

Patronising and rude

After many years of being a loyal (as well as a courteous and rule-abiding) customer, I suddenly got an email after our last session saying "we regret to inform you that a Formal Warning has been issued to you regarding your conduct at our Watford circuit". Not only had I done nothing wrong, but as per usual I hadn't even received any warnings or black flags. I was just racing in a family session with my son. Their officious, patronising email provided no details, no evidence of any wrongdoing, and went on to tell me how I'm not allowed to call them to discuss it, and if I want to appeal then it has to be via email. I did so, and weeks later they haven't ordained to reply.How dare anyone treat their customers with such discourtesy and disresepect. Until they retract it, and apologise, they have lost mine and my extended family's business.

Booking system needs to be better

Love coming here however your booking system really is useless. Time and time again we have to ring or use live chat as we can’t book members / adults onto the same sessions / family sessions. Makes booking very hard work

Great fun, well worth the money

We were a bit late due to an accident on motorway but the staff got us sorted quickly which was great as we really didn't think we'd be able to join. Good venue,gear and facilities, staff all professional so overall a great experience. My only niggle is that we were not told about the boost button which I only found out about when I noticed it in the second session and asked one of the marshalls.

Horrible

Horrible! I booked the Family Experience for 12 people for my son and his friends on Sunday 9th of November, in order to celebrate his birthday. Two 15 minutes racing sessions were booked. The first session was interrupted constantly by one of the track staff who started shouting at the children for 'not listenting to instructions'. He then finished the session earlier than planned, gathered the children and started giving them a lecture in a very rough way about them not listening to instructions, and threatening to cancel the rest of the booking if 'only 1 child does not execute instructuions accurately'. My son was very distressed from this treatement, and he started crying and was very upset. I reported this complaint by phone to TeamSport on Tuesday 11th of November, and I was told someone will come back to me within 72 hours. Five days later, nothing happened, and I did not even receive any feedback.After paying a significant amount for my son to have a happy and unforgettable birthday event, unfortunately the event was unforgettable in a negative way, and was probably the worst birthday event he ever had. He never was shouted at and threatened that his birthday parry would be cancelled ever in his (or in my life)! I would definitely never go back, and will definitely recommend against anyone booking this venue, after this appalling and horrific treatement.

Newcastle site = Great

Newcastle siteStaff are great and fun to talk with. Super helpful for best racing technique and strategies. We signed up as club members as a group and so far the staff have been great, facilities are great. Staff call out issues straight away and correct those who are not adhering to the rules.

The website is super difficult to book…

The website is super difficult to book anything under, nothing makes sense, I asked an agent to help me which was quite helpful and I booked a slot for around 8:30ish in Hull for Thursday 23rd October . Unfortunately when I got there, they informed me that it was booked under adult slots and I had 3 children with me and they didn’t have any junior slots this evening which is fine and I can accept.I have then asked for a refund so I can take my nephew else where for his birthday, they have refused this and state they have a no refund policy. I explained that I have children that have a birthday and need something doing tonight for him at another place or the following week somewhere else as we won’t be in hull , the manager at the time stating she has spoken to the general manager in Hull which I think is called “Harleen” not too sure and apparently GM said no, no refund and that even if I wanted my money back I wouldn’t have it for 5 to 10 days so what difference does it make to me. The difference it makes is that I have 3 children and you are refusing a service and refusing to give me back £100 in cash so I can use elsewhere especially in this economy and I found it rude that the GM said “well even if you got refunded, you couldn’t use the money else where as it would take a few days to go back to your back” shame on you for talking about how I should manage my money and ruining a little boys birthday. I was really disappointed, birthday boy was visibly upset in the car even though he was trying to hide it. It’s a shame that this is an entertainment company and they really could have easily accommodated me and gave me my money back so I could take the children else where for their birthday but no, Harleen couldn’t care less or the staff. I really don’t recommend this place.

most unhelpful staff in world history

came slightly late. the most unhelpful staff i have ever encountered and i include budget airlines in that assertion. manager of watford branch was proudly totally uninterested in accommadating me and the lower level staff were unable to help. a brick wall would be more understanding. if there would be an option for 0 star i would top the list. no karting for me.. Shame on you
