Tried to book online and offered a 7pm slot today. Tried to book it and wasn’t available…. Checked for tomorrow and offered midday, tried to book, not available…. Tried the 2pm for tomorrow, not available! Went to contact page, phone lines close at half 5 so can’t call… online chat, sent a message, chat bot only can’t contact an agent as we are closed. Want to make it any harder to take £200 for half hour kating?! Waste of time. Richard Chalker.
Wow. Excellent facility at the Cardiff track. All the staff were double friendly, super informative and also helpful. The track and karts were all in tip top shape. Customer service was mustard, start to finish. From Scott who got us signed in to Tom, Lloyd and Grace who all were kind and attentative to my Boy. Booked in for a members event and was poorly staffed had to ask at the bar for a staff member to sign us in after standing there for 5-10 mins and not being acknowledged. Was not told they were running very late and was 50 mins late to getting on track. Having been a few times now the Karts are very in consistent
I’m extremely sorry to say this, but our experience at this branch was incredibly disappointing – especially given how positive our visits to Watford, Acton, and Dunstable have been. At those locations we had no issues at all; in fact, the staff there encouraged us to race more and even presented us with extra offers.This branch was the complete opposite. The staff were poor – disinterested, unprofessional, and more focused on their phones than running the session properly. Flags were wrongly used, and yellow flags meant absolutely nothing. Safety and race management were completely neglected.We booked a party of 10, but additional people were randomly introduced into our race. Even worse, two of them didn’t attend the mandatory safety tutorial yet were still allowed to join our group. It honestly felt like rules were being bent for certain people – maybe “elite members” or just friends of the staff – which made the whole experience feel unfair and unsafe.What should have been a fun, competitive day turned into frustration. Compared to the professionalism and enthusiasm we’ve consistently seen at other branches, this location was far below standard.
At first, I had a bad experience during my session as I felt unfairly stopped while the real issue wasn’t addressed. I raised my concern with the team, and I really appreciate how quickly they responded, apologised, and offered me a voucher. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled it shows they care about their customers. I’m happy with the service and looking forward to coming back for a better experience.

Went for a members session. Booked in for the afternoon 342 session, the first session didn’t start till over an hour late. Didn’t hear any apologies for the inconvenience for info about them running behind. When on track was a good experience and staff were nice. The toilets needs checking as they were a state too.
