Staff were absolutely fantastic at the Gosport track, the track is also great, my only two issues are that the Karts they have at the Gosport track really are awful, I raced three times this evening and I had two different Karts completely cut out on me, the third kart I used, the steering was so stiff that I really struggled to even turn the Kart, as a regular visitor, I find this deeply frustrating. My second issue is that the building really needs some TLC, with lights not working and general tatty defects, the facility was clean but just a bit outdated
The staff at Crawley are very friendly, especially crissy w who was very polite and very good to have a joke with. The track itself is such an adrenaline rush! Going down steep hills turning for the corners, it’s such an amazing track to come to, one of the best in TeamSport. Defo recommend and will be coming back!
We booked for 8 people expecting a fun karting experience, but it was a complete disappointment. The staff, including the assistants and manager, were extremely rude and acted like they were trying to ruin our fun instead of helping. We paid a high price, but most of the session was interrupted again and again with unnecessary restrictions and constant distractions from the staff.Nothing about these strict rules and interruptions was clearly mentioned on the website before booking. If they have so many restrictions, customers should be informed properly in advance — not after paying. Instead of enjoying the time we paid for, we were made to feel annoyed, stressed, and uncomfortable the whole time.The track space is small, the quality does not match the high price, and the staff attitude makes the experience even worse. It felt like they were more focused on controlling us than giving us a fun experience.If you are looking for fun, this is NOT the place — it’s expensive, restrictive, and badly managed. I do not recommend this to anyone.
Better than I expected. The staff really friendly and did their best to keep the race going. There were more yellows and reds than I would've liked. There were delays before race began also which wasn't great. But overall, the actual tracts, the karts, the drive, the adrenaline felt good and was enjoyable.
Took my booking took my payment then 2 days before I was due to race they changed the booking but they changed it because they had allowed me to book when they are closed. But that was not the reason they said in the email they like to tell lies and accept bookings that they know they are unable to oblige.
During the race it was clear that a few individuals did not pay attention to the safety briefing as their driving resulted in crashing into other participants, this led to othered spinning off or crashing and creating pileups. Effectively making the race unsafe for other participants. Unfortunately the stewards did not stop or black flag these individuals which effectively ruined the race for all others. I stopped my race to go into the pits and speak with a member of staff. This resulted in at the end of the race persons being spoken to. It was clear between races that other participants felt the same way, some having travelled several hours to enjoy this event. It was a shame the staff did not intervene as is their safety briefing.
