I put the case on my phone and within 2 hours, my screen had cracked from dropping my phone inside the car- not even on concrete or a hard flood. I’ve tried to contact Tech21 to no avail to request information on how to return the item or get a refund. I got an automated email saying someone would contact me with in two working days but that was over a week ago.
I ordered a case from their website on June 24, 2025, with a promised delivery window of 3–5 days. However, I received a notification from the courier stating that the shipment was damaged and that I should contact the seller directly.I reached out via the “Contact Us” page on their website and also followed up with an email. I received an automated response saying they would reply within 24 hours, but it has now been over a week with no further communication. It’s been 8 business days since I placed the order, and I still haven’t received a response or any update on the issue.
