I purchased two Tech21 Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Eco Clear Cases $39.99 each in 2024. On the box it clearly states limited warranty. In less than a year these cases turned yellowish and blackish and looked awful. I contacted Tech21, numerous emails, pictures provided including sale receipt over a two week period to only be told my warranty expired. No accountability and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company or product.
I ordered my iPhone 17 case on the 12th September was meant to arrive 17th or 19th of September, today is 22nd September and still has not arrived and my order status coming up “preparing for shipping”, wish there was more communication now my phone has arrived I now can’t use it without a case. I paid for 3-5 working days delivery.
I ordered a case for my AirPods Pro about a month ago. It never arrived and the tracking info was stuck on ‘it’s on its way’. I contacted Tech21 and they flat out refused to do anything about it, even after me forwarding them correspondence from the courier confirming the item had indeed been lost in transit. Normal practice would have been for Tech21 to refund me so that I’m not out of pocket and then to make a claim with the courier. Please do not order from this company - they will take your money and run.
Ordered a phonecase on 26th August but has never been received. Tracking link says order was "cancelled" by Tech21 on 3rd September. I have not received product or refund or notification to explain why. I have tried to contact Tech21 helpdesk email twice and have received no acknowledgement or response to my emails. Fraudulent? Perhaps this post will generate a response.
