I purchased your products after seeing the first hand results of my friend’s phone after he dropped it on a climb. The phone landed on its corner destroying the glass and upper corner. However, the camera and all of the phone still functioned. I personally have dropped my phone from only 6 or so feet up on a ladder while in a case that I’d purchased from one of those mall vendors and it landed similarly but, with much more severe results. i.e. non functional and screen unusable. The newest privacy glass cover came with a mounting box to assist with perfect placement of the screen cover. Tus alone made the purchase of that product worth every penny.👍Thank you for a great product.
Good product so far. Only giving 3 stars because of the exchange policy. I had to exchange the first case I bought because the iPhone I had purchased had to be replaced with a different model. Tech21 wouldn't let me do an even exchange, so I had to buy another one(exact same price) and return the old one. The new one was the wrong color, but I'm not too picky about that so I let it slide. But I had to pay for the return shipment of the first item, which was still new. Not happy about that since I paid $60 for the case. High profit margin for Tech21....
