Brand new iPhone 16 plus. Shattered the back with first drop. Salesman at T-Mobile insisted we get the tech 21 cases. Big mistake. My son’s case was scratched by the salesman while setting up his phone at store. He didn’t notice til we got home. Definitely not impressed with tech 21 products and will never buy them again.
Unfortunately I cannot rate the company's product as the package I received was empty and appeared to have been opened prior to delivery.However I gave this company a five star rating because of their superb customer service. I was given a refund immediately. Well done
These were our third Tech21 covers. They are the best protection, with great looks. We've had them from our early cell phone using, and recommend them to everyone. This order was for all our family members with our new Apple phones.The website ordering process was easy, and everything shipped complete, and showed up when promised.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I have been waiting over two weeks since I’ve submitted my warranty for my phone case that is to be replaced. I just keep getting emails saying sorry for the delay. Cannot reach anybody!! I will never order anything from this company again!!
