Absolutely ridiculous CS

Absolutely ridiculous CS. I've been trying to find out the UK mobile number but seems to be it doesn't exist. The Chat didn't work. The parcel did not came, however I've been noticed about delivery.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The tracking details on my order are incorrect and I still haven’t received my order, have contacted customer service 2x - first they told me to contact UPS without any tracking or reference details and the second time they closed the enquiry without even replying. I don’t recommend shopping in their online store… if you need any help you will not receive it
