Siempre que he comprado online nunca he tenido ni un problema y en sus tiendas sus dependientas han sido siempre muy simpáticas y amables ❤️Whenever I have bought online I have never had a problem and in their stores their salespeople have always been very nice and kind ❤️

False promises from customer service. Avoid at all costs if you care about your hard-earned money.

I was a customer for years before moving from Europe to the US and never imagined their service could be this terrible.As soon as I got my order (for which the tracking number never existed, according to UPS), I tried my items on, and started getting a couple of them ready for return, as Tezenis only offers 15 days for doing so. The return process through their site kept giving me an error at the last step, making it impossible to finish the process and receive the return labels in my email. This is all well documented through emails and screenshots I sent to customer service. I was told "we need to forward your case to the competent department, and we shall contact you as soon as we receive an answer", which according to other reviews, seems to be their standard response while nothing is being done. I asked twice for a return label to be sent to me and reminded the CS agent my return window of 15 days was about to end, and I would be losing my money while being forced to keep items I can't wear. I was told "please do not worry about the return timeline as we have reported the issue to our relevant department so you shall be enabled to return as soon as it is fixed". It's been a month now, and not only has nothing changed, my emails have been ignored since then. Close to $100 down the drain! I surely won't be making the mistake of buying from Tezenis again.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. Better to buy things at least at their physical shops instead of online. They partner with amazon shipping. The courier had my package get stolen/lost and naturally I asked for a reimbursement . (Plus I reordered the same product). It has been days and days that they keep telling me they are still looking into the case and they do not reimburse me. Ridiculous. Thanks god I did not order a lot of things with a big amount of payment. I already suffered for my package getting lost and for having to do numerous phone calls with agent. Plus they will not even reimburse as soon as possible. No words

1 month passed without refund...

Stay away! Shopping at Tezenis is a total nightmare. I wanted to return one of the products I ordered online in a store, but first they refused it because they told me that I had to initiate the process online by logging in to my account and I had to print (!!!!!) out some documents as a proof. It felt so weird because by telling order number or showing an online receipt is usually enought to retrun anything to any store. But I did not doubt, I left the store and I went home to do this and to print out what shoud be printed out. But when I went online I read carefully the conditions of returning and I learnt that printing out anything is not necessary at all because they instantly see in their system at the store by telling my name that they are about to have a return!!!!! So why on earth was it necessary to make me come twice?! Why didn't they tell me that I can do it online right at the moment in the store? Awful. But finally I managed to return the product. It was 16th December, today is 17th of January, and I still don't have my money. It is completely and absolutely ridiculous. I contacted their customer service and they did confirm receipt of my return but the answer was "We need to forward your case to the competent department, and we shall contact you as soon as we receive an answer." One week passed and I got an answer that they are very sorry for the inconvinience and soon I'll get the money. One more week passed and there is still no money. This should be an easy routine procedure that doesn’t need to be take that long! This is super annoying and I'm 100% sure that I won't buy anything from Tezenis again, not in a store, neither online.

STAY AWAY! DO NOT ORDER FROM TEZENIS!!!

Hey people stay away from tezenis online shop. I am an online shopper over the last 10 years. I have been shopping from small and bigger online shops and NEVER had any problem. Last year i decided to shop from tezenis. I made a small order that never came to me with the excuse that the parcel was lost. 😂 Ok that is something that maybe could happened to anyone. This year i decided to give them a second chance. I have placed an order on January 5. The order was shipped at January 10. Today we have 27 of January and guess what??? The parcel was lost again.. 😂😂😂😂 22 days after my order was placed they decided that the parcel was lost. They just informed me that the parcel was lost and they are returning my money. At least they could give a voucher or an extra order on them! Totally unprofessional! The worst online shopping store. Really i can’t understand how is it possible to lose a parcel twice.. DO NOT ORDER FROM TEZENIS!!

I ordered on the 12.25.22 and still…

I ordered on the 12.25.22 and still didn’t got my order. I tried to reach the customer service several times without any response. I already created a review on trust pilot and tezenis asked for more info regarding my order that I provided and again no response! I expect a reaction from tezenis side!! Really bad bad customer experience

This is ridiculous I have placed an order on the 26th of December and money is taken in my account on the 28th of December but no confirmation email with order number is sent.I contacted them today and they say they don’t have any order while money is taken - this is a pure fraud case and I am a lawyer so this case will be sent to the police as it’s illegal and fraud.You can’t take the money unless you supply customer with an order confirmation or send the items.Worst website ever.If this matter is not solved by tomorrow you have to deal with a lawsuit.Bleonora
