Morbid misunderstanding

Quick backstory, when I was in my early 20sI had experienced a rather large bowel movement and was required to use my Margaret Thatcher themed toilet brush. As I was thrusting maggie deep down the u-bend, I felt a twinge in my elbow. The point is, the name of the shop led me to believe I could purchase a new limb but I was mislead. Picked up some lovely shampoo though.

Great customer service

I always find staff polite, warm and super helpful when I go in to any branch of the Body shop. I have had particularly good experiences in Harrogate and Leeds branches.

Product quality suspect - product reviews genuine??

Just bought Camomile Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover. It does NOT remove anything at all. What is this exactly? I don't even wear mascara. I do use primer and use eyeshadow. It stings - nothing gentle about it. When I tried to review this product, I wasn't able to - I began to wonder their high product ratings are genuine. I bought a similar Camomile remover before and quality was ok - this def isn't the same product and doesn't serve any intended purpose whatsoever.

Sustainable?

Why can’t you use your own bottles to refill in the refill station? Seems like another way to make money. To force people to buy your own branded bottles.
