Great deals always on there website.

So he first time I ordered I had a few problems returning an item I purchased... I think it was a communication error! Anyway I must say the packaging is so lovely! Ieverytiem I order I can’t wait for it to arrive! It always comes within the time stated and it’s easy to track on there website too! I always shop online for my products as I recieve more deals..I always end up saving money! If you would like to see a review I did of the tea tree range that I received check out my YouTube channel! The username is clumsy Unicorn Defiantly recommend!

I've always had good service from them- good products too- just a shame they're owned by L'oreal- but at least they're still, alledgedly, fighting animal testing.I find their website easier to navigate than the Lush one.

Terrible Customer service.

I placed an order on the 30th November. The Order never turned up. I contacted the Bodyshop in three emails and never received ONE response! Terrible Terrible Terrible Customer service. I went straight to Loccitane and purchased everything. Now I need to try getting my money back. I will never buy from this company again. I suggest that others take note of the 1 star average this company has and STAYS CLEAR!!!

The Body Shop...terrible customer service.

I have just found out today my order that I placed on the 14th December has been returned back to the The Body Shop by the freight company UPS even though my home address in Jersey was correctly given with the order?.The Body Shop sent me an email saying that the order would be delivered within 5 days, making it around the 19th December and in time for Christmas. I waited until the 22nd to call to find out where my order was as the tracking link supplied on the order confirmation email they sent me kept coming back as an error in connecting. No explanation was given why the order had been return back, but what really annoyed me was NO one from the The Body Shop had even bothered to tell me that I would not be receiving the order now?... So if I had not contacted customer services I would have been left in the dark and would still be waiting for it.This is appalling customer service, I was not even told why my order had been returned instead they just said that they could try sending it again but it would not be down in time for Christmas or I could have a refund. I feel totally let down as these 3 gift packs were Christmas presents, now I have to rush off to town on the 22nd December to buy replacement gifts... One thing is for sure I certainly will not be going to the The Body Shop for them. This is my customer feed back for the The Body Shop...Customer service ‘ZERO’... Customer satisfaction ‘ZERO’...Would I recommend using to a friend ‘NO’...Would I use this company again ‘NEVER.

Never received an item on my order :@

I placed an order in November but still haven't received my order yet. Tried contacting The Body Shop every way I can think of only to receive no responses now. What can I do to get a refund for the item not received? Like others' experiences, TBS' customer service recently became poor. Nobody ever replies to me on any medium! I am going to try to use social media to spread out this terrible issue

Liars not cruelty freeMost of your liquid foundation are not worth buying but some lovely shades they do not stay on. You are not cruelty free 100 percent because the ingredients you use are known to be tested on animals and you should label it too

The site isnt particularly user friendly, and the delivery reporting was confusing. My sister was happy with the gift delivery though, so overall it was fine.

Disgusting company and customer service …

Disgusting company and customer service !!!! Cancelled my order 3 days after confirming it without my authorisation and when called them wouldn’t tell me why. They took my money from credit card straight away and now I’m left without either money or goods. The worst thing is they way they treated me on the phone like something worthless and kept saying they can’t tell me why the order had been cancelled and it looks like I did it myself. Will never ever buy from them again and will warn all my friends and family. I’m just praying I’ll get my money back from them they already holding without permission.
