Awful service

Awful service. Ordered 3 items, all 3 delivered were nowhere near what I ordered. I phoned and spoke to an Overseas call centre. No apologies, difficult to understand, complex process to return incorrect items involving me in driving to post office, filling in forms, emailing back to them. Total waste of time, won’t buy from them any more!

Excellent help and service, plus great CBD products.

Excellent help and service from Sarah today at the Stratford-Upon-Avon store. Having bought online recently, I will instead travel the distance due to the customer service I received today. Thanks Sarah for your personable and informative service about the products I purchased. It’s a rare experience nowadays to feel like a truly valued customer.

Very expensive

I like some of their body products. Their face products are useless. But the most horrible thing is they increased their prices so much, they almost have high end luxury prices. I used to shop very often, now once per year.

I have always worn white musk

I have always worn white musk and pretty much every time I am asked what I'm wearing as it's a soft scent and very pleasing on the senses... But what has bodyshop done, I ordered a bottle and there's no lasting scent, before it would last all day now it seams to evaporate, I was so disappointed that I took the bottle back, it now states vegan on the bottle but surely all your products are! Why change and interfere with something that was a stand alone perfect product. Very disappointed and won't be purchasing another.

Tried again and again to put in an…

Tried again and again to put in an order but just kept going back to no invoice address even though it was right there. I've used the body shop for years and love there products but the website has always been a nightmare when it comes to paying.

I can’t believe how many bad reviews…

I can’t believe how many bad reviews The Body Shop has received. I will never use any other skin or hair products again. I have had chronic cystic acne for over 5 years. After I began to use The Body Shop Tea Tree squeaky clean scrub I haven’t even had a pimple. The most amazing products I couldn’t give them a high enough rating.

So good for my sensitive skin

I was a bit sceptical after reading all if the bad reviews, but I am not disappointed. Ordered lots of different things for my sensitive skin and it arrived in 2 days. The products are amazing and really soothe my skin, already looking at what else I can purchase, will definitely be returning.

Transformed my skin!

I can't rave about the body shop skincare products enough. The drops of youth and CBD ranges are incredible, they've transformed my skin! A bit of a wait on delivery but that's expected with Covid.
