I've had a brilliant experience buying a new home at Hambleton Chase, Easingwold. Richard Bassford in the Sales Office has been professional, responsive and supportive through a difficult process with my chain. Upon moving in 2 weeks ago, the service from the site team and Mac Regan has been exceptional - someone has come straight round to resolve any snags and even take my rubbish away!
Ellie at Tilia was amazing, always quick to solve any problems that arise and is very helpful and knowledgeable, she made the transition in moving house extremely easy for us and nothing was too much trouble, which is always amazing in these situations! Adrian the site manager is also really helpful and can’t do enough for you and happy to solve any issues that arise! Both members of staff go above and beyond and have made our house buying experience with Tilia a great one!

Ellie was so helpful throughout our first home buying experience. From the first viewing to completion, she made us feel and ease and really made us feel our voices were being heard with concerns etc. She was very organised, replied very quickly to emails (even out of her working hours) and gave us lots of useful advice! I bought off plan and as such I wasn’t sure of how the property would look inside until later in the build but the Sales Executive, Ellie, was very professional, supportive and informative, keeping me up to date at each stage until completion which helped to make the whole process as stress free as possible.
