Tilia homes maintenance operative Peter has attended our home several times during our 15 months of new home ownership. He has been pivotal in the rectification of the numerous snags we have had and on occasion redoing other operatives work. Peter is customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to ensure good customer service. He shows care and pride in the work he undertakes.
I have a number of snagging issues towards end of warranty. Dave was able to go through a long list of snagging items carefully and explained to me with his professional opinions. Robert carried out remedial works smoothly and professionally. He finished all the works without making floor messy or dusty. They were polite, kind and helpful. I really appreciate them for making a smooth experience for me.
I seriously started my house viewing journey last February 2024, and I discovered Landimore Park, Northampton by Tilia Homes at the end of March. I contacted the sales office to enquire about their 3-storey/ 3-bed properties, as I couldn’t see they had a show home of this type to view online. The Senior Sales Executive - Alex was so helpful, and promptly sent me videos of a Morden which was currently being built.On following up, she invited me to view the development. Literally two weeks later I received my DIP and placed a reservation on a plot, with my new home due to be built in summer. As weeks followed I made my choices which included an incentive of an upgraded kitchen, which I was super happy with, and I also choose from a great range of bathrooms tiles, and flooring for my new home. Throughout the build, Alex sent me photos and video updates of my new home, and I came up to Northampton to have a look myself when possible. After a very seamless and quick buying process, I completed at the end of June when Alex was on annual leave. I fully moved into my new home in July, and as with all new builds there were a few minor snags to address. This was made very easy to address with Tilia Homes and their customer service Advisor Lynda, customer service operative Dave (snagging) and Site Manager Pete who all work tirelessly and professionally to resolve all issues promptly. I particularly want to mention that Alex is fantastic! She is a true professional and highly organised and friendly. The whole team at Landimore Park are super friendly, helpful and nothing feels like too much to help. They have definitely made my home buying experience a happy one. After months enjoying my new home in peaceful, spacious surroundings with lovely neighbours, I would definitely recommend buying a new home here at Landimore Park.
I would highly recommend buying a house from Tilia. I recently purchased a house in Wellingborough from them and the build quality is amazing. From Kat in the sales office to Andy the site manger the whole team have made the process of buying a new build very easy and will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy with your new home.
We had a very good experience with this developer. They were kind, helpful, and answered all our questions quickly. The houses they build look great and are made with good quality. Even though we didn’t buy the house in the end, we really appreciated their time and support. We would recommend them to others.
We are delighted with our new home at Landimore park. Alex has been absolutely fantastic to myself and daughter. We were updated frequently and the process was made less daunting by her expertise and enthusiasm. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and very happy with the plot we chose.
