Me and my partner both had amazing experience with Tilia Homes The Avenue, Andrea was amazing and supportive the hole way through our new build journey. We felt at ease when speaking to her and also felt nothing was to big of an ask. Even once we had moved in she was so supportive and is always available for us to call if we need any help. She's a massive asset to Tilia Homes and was one of the reason we choice Tilia Homes for our first home. Can't Thank her enough. As well as that Alex has also been amazing, has always there with any problems he has made our snag journey very stress free and has been very productive with getting these completed. Thankyou so much to all the builder and staff you have all done an amazing job ❤️
I am currently in the process of purchasing my first home at Landimore Park and Alex and the rest of the sales team have been nothing but amazing. They have all been extremely friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful with any queries. They have calmed any nerves I have had and have made my experience a great one so far! Let’s hope the rest of my Tilia journey continues as smoothly.

From the initial meeting with Ellie around my house purchase to moving in day, Ellie was brilliant and helped with any queries I had - overall ensuring I felt at ease and supported throughout the process. Ellie has always been quick and efficient to respond to emails and calls, and I couldn’t have had a smoother experience to date. Ellie’s support and customer service made what can be a very stressful process, a lot more comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend Tilia (specifically furlong heath) to everyone. We bought a property with Tilia around August 2024 and moved in October 2024. Beth (Development Sales Executive) was amazing from beginning to end, very polite and could answer any questions we had; even now, she is more than happy to answer any questions / queries we have, or point us in the right direction. We did have a snag list however, who doesn’t, it’s a new build property and we’re the first people to live in it, there’s always going to be some problems. We had Robert (Customer Service Operative) visit the property today, and he has completed the majority of what was on the list plus a few more things we found. Robert was extremely polite, no question or job was too much trouble, he was very good and we can’t thank him enough!
Robert has visited our property on a couple of occasions to fix defects, he is very friendly and always takes time to explain what he needs to do, his work is of a high standard and he is very respectful of our home, taking time to leave everything clean and tidy. Robert is an excellent worker and ambassador for Tilia Homes.
What a great experience we had with Tilia Homes Kingsway. We meet our agent Paige and she was very helpful, warm, attentive and knowledgeable. Paige looked after us so well, we are looking for a 3 bedroom house and if possible I requested that house is next to my best friend. We thought that it’s not possible at all due to the availability but they made it possible to us. Now we are still on process but they never failed to give us an update about the construction development. We are very happy and excited to our new home. Thank you Paige for all your hardwork and dedication.
