Beth and the team at The Paddocks couldn't be more accomodating. Beth went the extra mile to ensure that we settled in well, bent over backwards to help us. I honestly couldn't fault her. The home itself has been amazing and have settled in well in the last 2 years with only a handful of snags. Unfortunately I couldn't give this a full 5 stars due to some recent issues.
As a first-time buyer and having multiple queries, Ellie was on hand from start to finish, helping us understand the process and what's involved. Once we purchased our home, we also received positive updates regularly on the build. Her knowledge and customer care is impressive and this genuinely made our experience that much more enjoyable. Tilia homes are fantastic with sorting out any issues quickly and hope that this will be the case if anything should arise in the future. We're really enjoying living here. 🏡
From the start of the journey buying our new Tilia home I have been very impressed with the level of customer service offered and how responsive Ellie and the whole team were and made the whole experience of buying a house so much less stressful. Any concerns were answered quickly and efficiently and throughout we were kept informed as to how our house was progressing. Ellie and the team have been wonderful, our new house is absolutely perfect and finished to a great standard (flooring was included!) and we will be recommending Tilia to family and friends. Thank you for the flawless customer service and sales experience!
Being first-time house buyers, this might have been a very daunting process, but it hasn’t felt like it at all. From the day we looked around and reserved, Paige has been our ever friendly contact to keep us regularly updated, guide us through, help us with finding a mortgage broker and a solicitor, and be there to answer questions. She has advised us very thoroughly on the stages of the process and on the specification of the home and has always been available. As for Tilia Homes, we were won over very quickly by the site; the homes are beautifully designed and modern but have their own character. We are also pleased about the inclusion of green spaces.
From the minute we reserved our plot we have experienced nothing but first class customer service. The process of part exchanging with Tilia has been really smooth and made moving house stress free! A special mention to Ellie at Furlong Heath who has always gone above and beyond. She had dealt with our MANY questions, accommodated our changing requests and solved every query in the most professional and helpful manner. Thank you Ellie for all your help and for always being at the end of the phone/email.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service we have received from Tilia Homes! Never have I ever had such an appalling experience in all my life, furious is an understatement. We moved into our property in the middle of December and we were told the snags in our house would be rectified within 2 weeks and a deep clean would be offered to us. We are now 3 months in and have only had one snag rectified after several emails and complaints. The radiators are ridiculously small and we have a baby in our bedroom to try and heat it up we have to turn the heating on full and leave it for a few hours to heat up and even then it doesn’t stay warm! We have now received an email and the audacity from customer service is just something else. They are now saying that due to health and safety they are not coming out to rectify the snags because we shut our puppy in the kitchen when the workers come and one of them asked to say hello. When I opened the kitchen door for him to say hello to the dog I realised the dog had an accident in there which I straight away cleared up and disinfected! They are looking for any excuse to not fix the state they left our property in. We cannot wait to move out and will never ever buy from Tilia again it is a shambles! I have noticed we are not the only ones with the exact same problem and all of the bad reviews seem to be from the same sort of time this year so they really ought to be doing their jobs than finding pathetic excuses not to be! Rafa on the other hand came to paint over a hole they cut in the wall and he was honestly so good at his job, he went above and beyond to help and his customer service was amazing.
Stewart Sellers visited our new build this morning to fix some big settling cracks in the plaster. He was welcoming, and very efficient. He did an amazing job and got it completed in a few hours. He filled, sanded and painted all in one day. He was very lovely and is a credit to Tilia. Thank you Stewart.
