I have an incomming delivery and I have been sent a bill for vat etc. My account with Fedex is in credit so I want to offest this credit against the new bill. Nearly everytime I get a bill from Fedex its has a different account no. I tried to telephone them, what a joke. After selecting 'Accounts Payable' I am transferred to the UK Prison Visit Booking system....what!!!!! I tried every other option but just got a recorded message telling me to check their website or send an email. I have emailed a number of times but every email is ignored. I have never come across such contemptuous treatment of a custmer by anyone before. To say they just don't care is an understatement.
Delivery due in Auckland on Friday for delivery, picked up from Mangere Auckland, Friday morning the package is recorded in Whangarei!I have called 3 times in 2 days and been promised a response each time, and I have not had one call back.Absolutely terrible customer service!
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My story will be a bit long, but I have to tell it to warn everyone against this company. I run a business and send packages from my supplier directly to my clients. Unfortunately, I have no influence on how my wholesale company (from a country other than Ireland) sends parcels to Ireland, I do not choose the form of delivery. Very often there were huge delays and mistakes, but this time they exceeded the limits. My supplier sent a very expensive product to my client. Unfortunately, it was sent by TNT instead of another courier. My client was at home all the time, no one ever brought any parcel, and TNT said that they had visited her 3 times and no one was there, that they had left messages, which is a total lie, and that they had sent the parcel back to the sender! My supplier sent the parcel again at his own expense. When I checked the tracking, they were taking it to Cork instead of Dublin, because the city from the correct address was SIMILAR to the one in County Cork! So I called them, confirmed the correct address and I thought I could sleep soundly, but no, the next day it turned out that the parcel was still on its way to Cork, so I called again and asked what was wrong with them?! I heard some grunts that they were sorry and that they were fixing it. The next day it turned out that the parcel was delivered to Cork and not to Dublin. To make matters worse, it turned out that they reported to my supplier that they had picked up the parcel from Cork and instead of taking it to my client in Dublin, they sent it back to the sender, to another country. I don't even know how to comment on it, who works there???? I lost my nerves, my health and my client because of them, not to mention my money! They have impunity, insolence and I don't understand how this company is still thriving! I won't leave it like that. They feel unpunished, they don't know what they are doing, they cheat people on costs and they blatantly lie!
DISASTER!!! Do not use this company.....absolutely no communication between customer service and depot. A joke. Lost my sofa, shifting between depots around Irleland.. I offer to collect myself. Couldnt organise that either. House full of people, and elderly Christmas week with no sofa. Miserable. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Recently moved to London from Dublin and shipped my 65'' tv with TNT. I had it wrapped in bubble wrap with foam tubing on all sides then wrapped again in bubble wrap, then wrapped in 2 double duvets with 4 pillows lining the sides in a 65'' tv box with fragile tape all over it. The box arrived bashed in on one end and burst open on the bottom. The tv itself was squashed on one end bending the whole screen in and cracking it leaving it completely useless. !!!!DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH TNT!!!! The only good reviews they have are from staff. !!!!!!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!!!!I am now struggling to get in contact with them regarding a customs refund that they are obligated to sort for me as i provided them with my URN number.If it goes on longer I will put in a data request that they are required to provide within one month at most and failure to do so can end in legal proceedings. I recommend anybody else having difficulty with TNT to do the same.
Funny the item i was waiting for shipped perfectly on time to my country (Ireland), but the moment it got through the borders suddenly got into issues. Delivery driver kept leaving some weird messages on tracking that I am delaying the shipment or not at home or not picking up the phone or asking for a different delivery date, like ridic. Had to hang on the phone three times to beg them to deliver and they could not even confirm on the spot if I can collect. Awful experience, but tbf they did deliver quicker after I've cried on the phone for a while lol
Deliver set for Friday, only deliver one of three boxes, deliver then set for the following Monday promising to deliver the last 2 boxes. Now the deliver is cancelled due to "time constraints deliver cancelled" what utter bs if your gonna promise from your own customer service rep that it will be deliverd how is "time constraints" suddenly and issue also its not like they tell you this you have to constantly refresh there horrible website just to suddenly be told its not happening.
This delivery company is useless.I got a tracking number and on the tnt website it said that the driver had tried to contact me but no answer.There was nothing on my phone.Called TNT support and got through to a virtual assistant which was incredibly irritating. I think all it was programmed to do was check a tracking number with no way of getting more information or feeding back. There appeared to be no way of actually speaking to someone who could discuss the problem.I spoke to my supplier and they said that there were problems with TNT where are the drivers do not have a work mobile and so sometimes do not contact the destination customer …This company deserves to go out of business as soon as possible
