I ordered a pair of rubber boots from TSC to be delivered to a local store...the tracking showed the item to be delivered tothe store...never got an email saying it was ready for pickup so I called the store. They claim the package never arrived, althoughthere was a FEDEX proof of delivery showing AHenderson signed for the package at the Mansfield store!On top of that, they had the nerve to charge my card. No response from the Tn location from where the package was shipped.NO more TSC online orders for me!!!
It is not worth writing about as I tried on the other site and dumped me halfway through my writing about issues. Dog food can trays, people will buy more if you leave the cans on trays, Be smart look at Costco, Sam, and, BJS case lots, most of your product is in bulk sizes which is why people shop at TSC. Look at thr size of the dog food bags. Do you think the dog that eats 50 pounds of food a week only eats one can product a week. I buy 3 cases og Blue food every 2 years
Assistant manager very offensive treat you like you're a dumbass. Had made arrangements to pick up and inspect an item large item with the manager but the assistant manager decided to create argument over everything while the manager wasn't there ended up having to just return item since they would not let me inspect it for damage more than $3,000 worth. That was the Bandera Texas store be careful manager and employees pretty much ignore each other don't communicate and his employees just run the store for him. I'll never use them again!
Katie's the best. Talking about going beyond the call.of duty. She's working at the maraina store. Best emoyee ever. Make sure she gets a big high 5 like a gift or something to show the appreciation for her service. You need doubles of her. Thank u for having her in your store...more people need to follow her ways. I have delt with several TSC stores in mid Kansas over the years and now we ha store in Great Bend, KS. I have found all to be Friendly and accommodating. The Great Bend store has been my go-to store for all my farm needs. Pricing has been more than fair. If I find an item cheaper elsewhere locally, they have matched it. I give 5 stars for our local TSC store. Thanks for coming to my area.
Why should a customer ask the cashier to have an associate get a self feeder down off the top shelf and never have someone show up to help. Never mind asking just climb up to get it your self! Customer service sucks a**!!! If I could leave a zero or a negative I would. Prairie du chien WI store. Shame on you.
I have a lot of dogs so I like to buy a lot of food at once. To avoid constantly going to the store. The local Tractor Supply store people told me if I ordered online, I could avoid going in to the store at all. It would be delivered to my home! Wow! How great! Too good to be true. I ordered 4 bags of 40 lbs dog food. I got confirmation that it would be at my home four days later. The day before that I got an email saying it would be delayed three days. Ok, not terrible. I had enough to get by till then. Then on the new delivery day, no food. No warning that it was delayed again and no food. I called and was told that it looked like it would be to me the very next day. Nope. Nothing that day either. So I called again that day, same thing, just one more day. Nope. Didn't happen. After the one email saying it would be delayed, there has never been any further communication from them to me. I had to call them to find out why it was still missing. They had no idea it wasn't delivered until I called. Now I have to make a special trip out to get the food. Can't wait any longer. Can't do it when I'm out on errands for other things. Now it is an emergency, go get it now, today, or run out. They offered me a discount on my next order. When exactly will THAT one arrive? They told me three days. Anyone reading this want to guess when it will actually arrive? Maybe never? I might only get charged half as much but I still get nothing. That isn't a good deal. Half price for nothing? It is still like flushing money down a toilet. Just half as much. I need the food.I am updating this to three stars from one star. I did keep trying with Tractor Supply and eventaully did get it worked out where I could get the food predictably. It took more effort than expected but it did eventaully work.
