I shop the Asheboro store. I buy the For Heath dog food (salmon potato I buy can and dry. This store never keeps the can food on the shelf. I have to order on line . I gave all my information, paid with debit card. And was told we will text you when it comes in. I even got A text before I walked out of the store. That was on Friday August 4th. By Tuesday I call up there and they tell they don't have A order for me. Ok I drive up there, I think they have 7 people working that day. We get in to it. I am pissed that 57 dollars of my money and they tell me after two your order is canceled. They never told me that. I am I supposed to know we it comes in. She said they would text me. Oh and guess what the money has not be returned to my bank. Because it's takes 2- 3 business days. Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday that is 4 days. So I don't have my 56 dollars or my dog food . But your employees can argue with me and laugh at me because I am angry. Every body in your store needs to be trained in customer service and reminded . With out customer's, you don't have A job. So now I drive to the next town to get my expensive dog food.
bought very expensive pressure washer Simpson, used 1year has 3yr warr.on engine 5 yr on pump 10nyr on frame honda engine made noise and stopped now won't run. called tractor supply was put in touch with repair service hauled pressurewasher to them as instructed and was told has not warranty because I put gas in it, so warranty is a joke and scam ,I would recommend stay away from Simpson, tractor supply as this company supports and sells products that really don't have any warranty even though you pay a premium price ,and are told the product has a warranty it is no good, apparently .very dissatisfied with tractor supply and their warranty scams.Dont n make the same mistake I did and buy from tractor supply
Don’t waste your time with TSC!I don’t know anything about the product because I never received it because CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She put the wrong address on the order, even after I repeated my address she still got it wrong, WTH???????????? I had to contact them when I got a shipping email(received 10 days after ordering), then they would issue a return to sender and then it would have to be reshipped, no way was I going to wait another 20 days to receive the sprayer! Instead I got a 40 gallon sprayer on Amazon. TSC, you could learn a lot from Amazon, might want to take lessons!!!!!!! Will never order anything from TSC again, absolutely useless company!!!!!!!!
I like shopping at Tractor Supply but I have a subscription for my dog food. My complaint is that certain stores, depending on where it's shipped from I guess, package it in a type bag that gets torn and the label is unreadable therefore causing my dog food to be 3 days late. Sometimes I am running low and then I have to drive to a Tractor Supply to purchase a bag. Some stores have sent it in nice heavy boxes that arrive perfect. So I wish they would all use the boxes.
Load of scum bagsStop spamming me you've been abusing my privacy for over a year. I have never bought anything from you nor will I. Living 3000 miles from you and all your invasions of my privacy does not fill me with confidence in you as a company. Please go away. You must be rather most arrogant or incompetent.
I recently ordered a dirtbike online for my son’s birthday present to be delivered to a local store in Massachusetts on their website. Guaranteed it to be delivered within 3 to 5 days. Recently just found out it’s not coming. Their only option was to return my delivery fees. Not worth having to tell your child he doesn’t have a birthday present.
Do not buy chickens from them, I bought two different types of blue egg layers and I got brown egg layers, I bought cream leg bars and Prairie Blue Bell which are blue egg layers, and ended up not getting them after I raised them. That’s Bull crap after raising them and spending all that money and got to start over to get my blue egg layers. They should have to pay me for raising them.
I had a duplicate online order with Tractor Supply. I called their Customer Service on June 25 and spoke to Anita for a refund on the duplicate order. She failed to refund. I called on June 26 and spoke to Nickoli, who failed to refund. Item was not picked up so Harrisburg store should have provided refund, per the company site, but failed to do so. I called Customer Service on August 11 and spoke to Jamie, who failed to refund. I called on August 18 and spoke with Evette, who failed to refund. I called on September 7 and spoke with Natalie who put me on hold for 18 minutes so I hung up. I called a second time on September 7 and asked Teresa if I could speak to a supervisor. She took my phone number and nobody called me. On September 11, I called and Kia put me on hold for 50 minutes, so I hung up. When an employee puts a customer on hold, the customer doesn’t get a chance to complete the survey at end of call regarding service provided on the phone call because customer eventually hangs up. Original Refund amount of $342.38 plus interest (21.99%) charged since June 26 should be reimbursed.
My wife ordered a Blackstone, hard-top 36" griddle for me for Father's Day. The SKU is 1552364. It was advertised online as on sale from $349.99 to $299.99 and included free shipping to our local store. The order confirmation was received (# 1132551822) and it was supposed to arrive Monday, 06/19/2023.We received an email on Monday the 19th explaining the order had been "CANCELLED" by Tractor Supply. There was no explanation provided other that to call "Customer Solutions" at 877-718-6750. My wife called CS and was on hold for close to an hour before anyone answered the phone. Here's where the old "bait and switch" happened! When my wife explained to the representative what happened and asked for an explanation, the rep stated there was none in the area, but she could have one shipped and we'd receive it in seven days. She explained it was no longer on sale either, but she'd still honor the $299.99. However, she also said we'd have to pay $100 for shipping! After being challenged by my wife, the rep said Tractor Supply would be willing to pay for half of the shipping, or in other words we'd be paying the regular retail price. My wife debated that the website when we were shopping for this griddle, and AFTER the store information was entered, stated on sale for $299.99 with free shipping to the store, and that was our expectation. The rep said she could not do that, provided a reference number, and said we could contact the store manager to see if, after any come in, he or she may be willing to honor the price. I can't fathom why Customer Solutions doesn't provide what's in their name -- a solution! How about corporate honoring the sale from their own advertisement and do the right thing for the customer?I will mention that I spoke with the manager at the store in question. He was terrific and did what he could, but in the end, found there is no inventory at this time and several stale orders are waiting the manufacturer. At least he was honest! At least he agreed to fulfill the original purchase as made! I appreciate his efforts, but in the end, I have no Blackstone and Tractor Supply is the problem. With today's technology, there is no excuse to not have the website updated to real-time inventory. And if for some reason the IT staff or the inventory control all can't manage the stock accordingly, then the company should honor the prices AS PAID FOR AND CONFIRMED without any debate!Well, here is my response to it all. Tractor Supply advertised a product for a price inclusive of free shipping to the store. They reneged on their promise to provide the product as advertised. Even if I could get the product at this point, I won't buy anything else from Tractor Supply. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. I know I'm only a drop in the bucket and to a conglomerate, this doesn't mean anything to them. But they have definitely lost a customer over corporate greed and dishonesty. May as well be Anheuser Busch at this point! Here's to you, Mr. Bait and Switch guy!
