Review Time
On June 4th I ordered a welder online for pickup at a location 48 miles away in Surprise, AZ. When I arrived I enquired about the price match guarantee, the employees and manager on duty were clueless. The manager on duty called his manager and the manager on the phone refused to talk with me but he made up all kinds of ridiculous excuses for not honoring price match that were in direct contradiction to the policy on the company website, in addition the manger on duty was extremely rude referring to me as "this guy" multiple times. Apparently common courtesy is not valued by Tractor Supply. The next day, June 5, 2023 I contacted customer support line and complained. Later that day (June 5) the store manager, Scott, called me to apologize and he said he would honor the price match guarantee and give me $100 store gift card for my inconvenience. We arrange for me to visit the store on the morning of June 10th. When I arrived I asked for Scott the manager when he came to greet me stated he reneging on corporate policy and was not going to honor Tractor Supply price match. The manger stated he decided this with the District Manger, Dusty, the day before (June 9). I asked Scott the manager why since the he knew I was traveling 96 miles round trip he didn't give me the courtesy of a phone call to cancel our appointment. His response was "I was not told to give you Courtesy". I tried to discuss with him the reason and he refused to answer any questions. I remained calm and did not raise my voice, though I was frustrated and upset. Scott told me I had 5 minutes to leave or he would have me arrested. I was shocked. I told him I don't need 5 minutes I was leaving immediately. Scott approached me within a few inches and I thought we was going to put hand on me and assault me. I told him to "not f-ing touch me" he then followed me out the store while calling the police. This was such a horrible experience that it is almost unbelievable the level of rudeness, inconsideration and lack of integrity Tractor Supply has.
I ordered a 50 lbs package of cracked corn online from Tractor Supply in Ipswich, MA to be delivered home. I live in MA. The package took 10 days for FEDEX to deliver it. It's a shame to pay standard delivery and wait so long to get the item. Tractor Supply is NOT a reliable company anymore. I cannot recommend it
I bought a $369 dog play yard to keep my puppy safe. Immediately, she could open the door. I originally gave the product a 3 star rating and a ok write up, then I changed it to a 1 star. We had to modify the play yard to make it safe for my puppy and get the door to stay closed when I need it closed. It is not safe for an unsupervised puppy to just wonder through the house when no one is home. If someone uses it outside their fur baby can get out and run away. Next, the plastic broke off the top, the sharp edge of broken plastic could hurt or choke my puppy or other dogs. I realize you don’t like a review to be changed from a 3 star to a 1 star review, with an honest review to protect other dogs. I called customer solutions. The lady was super nice and tried to do what she could to help. She emailed someone and she said she will get back with me a several days. There still is a reasonable waiting period so far, but if things change I will update the review.
I purchased a 6ft Red barn shed rooster. The feet broke off of them. Anything you purchase only has a 30 day warranty no matter how much you paid for it. This was a bday present. It was only 10 months old. How does something made with metal just "break". Don't purchase these.
I WENT TO THE CHESTER STORE WHEN I WALKED IN THERE WERE ABOUT 6 WORKERS SITTING AT THE CASHIER I ASKED WHERE SOMETHING WAS THEY JUST POINTED IN TRHE BACK COULDSN'T FIND IT AND THEY JUST LAUGHED SO TRACTOR SUPPLY YOU CAN KISS MY ASS IF YOU THINK I'LL BE BACK
We went to tractor supply in Hilo, Hawaii, and the cashier at the front was very rude and when we asked for help at the vaccine, Refrigerator, my husband stood in line while I went over to get the medication. Then he came over to help me carried over to the counter and the cashier said we had to get all the way to the back of the line and start over since we stepped out when we explain to her we’ve been all the way through the line and we’re at the top of the line she said we had to go to the back it was a very long line I felt she was very rude. Does not know how to handle customers and it’s certainly not reflective of coffee customer service for your company.
I purchased a fire/gun safe online to be delivered to my residence. The delivery date keeps changing and there is zero communication from tractor supply or delivery contractor. They require someone over 18 to be home and accept delivery but are completely unreliable on deliver dates.
I am a regular customer at Tractor Supply in Easley and spend hundreds of dollars there a month. I placed a curbside pickup order. There were 3 items left off the order that were in stock. I was upset about it. This new manager AJ was beyond disrespectful to me about it, First, he acted like being on the job two days was an excuse for him to make mistakes and it was my problem that I was upset with them not doing their job. Then, another employee completely refused to help me...Leann. Then, as if all this employee behavior wasn't absolutely horrific enough, AJ had the nerve to tell me that if I didn't like it I should shop at a different store. Believe me I told him I didn't appreciate him being a jerk to me after several employees at the store had been extremely disrespectful to me just because they didn't do their job. AJ needs to be fired immediately...really, telling me to go to a different store because his employees aren't doing their jobs. Then, I got home and they had given me the wrong merchandise.
I went to Tractor Supply in Red Bank SC to get some chickens. The staff was absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help me and answer all of my questions. I have never seen this kind of service anywhere. I am amazed at the knowledge the staff had on the questions I had.
