Manager /Owner accused me of stealing then when I tried to defend myself I was told i was wrong..but it was a misunderstanding he said...He nor the district manager Mary where interested in a resolve ..but the district manager did tell me she would tell the employees to treat me like everyone one else..so basically you went out of your way to treat me different in the first place..Brownsville Tn. Location is the worst ..they do not care one bit about there customers or how they treat them. Will not be back until resolved ...so in other words I will not be back..
I purchased a zero turn lawn mower from your Summerdale, Al. location. Charlie was the associate that assisted me. He was both professional and knowledgeable about the product. After a few months I had problems with it. Charlie went above and beyond to take care of the issue to make sure I was totally satisfied. I have been a retail manager for a major company for 17 years and have seen a lot of employees that did not comprehend "customer service". Charlie has by far the best customer service I have dealt with both as a manager and a customer. This company is fortunate to have him and I hope he gets the credit and recognition he deserves. Charlie stayed in touch with me even while he was on vacation to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. He is genuine and a major asset to your company. I do not normally write reviews but I could not ignore this opportunity to acknowledge this young man.
If you want a bag of old time candy, a t-shirt, a pair of boots or livestock feed, this is your one stop shop. If, however, you're looking for tractor parts, that one isle with some common parts doesn't qualify this as being a tractor supply store. You really should re-name your entire chain to something such as, "Life Out Here" instead. Leave the tractor supplying to those that can actually help with tractors.
The first time I ever tried an "order ahead and pick up in store" service. I put my order in around 2pm for a bag of dry dog food some wet cans of dog food and a pack of piddle pads. Seconds later I am notified that there is an issue with my payment method. The email instructions have me call a 1800 number. The person on the other ends runs my card info again and it goes through. He says no problem your order will be ready for pick up. I get to the store at 6pm the same day. My order isn't there. The staff run my order number and can't find my order in the system. Now my bank HAS BEEN CHARGED so there is a pending balance of over 100 dollars held on my account. 3 days later its still there pending. WHATEVER! On top of that I get another email that there is ANOTHER ORDER charged to my account today and I need to pick THAT up. I am done! Will never use that service again at any store especially tractor supply.
Looking for a simple toilet wax ring. Ask a worker for it'slocation and was escorted to it's location, and found it was priced at 8.50 I said are you sure of the price he said it is and a good price. Walk out and went to my local hard wear store and got it for 3.50. Tractor supply is a ripoff.After checking it was 3,29 ...5 dollar profit. Get a new purchasing agent or open a Mc Donalds
I got charged a late fee even though I paid my bill early and more than I was supposed to. now I have two negative marks on my credit that they can't fix! watch out for late fee charge if you get a tractor supply card and pay ur bill before or on time I'm trying to build my credit not hurt it. it's not worth having if it's just going to put negative marks on the credit of loyal customers!
