Just visited the Tractor Supply on Wickham in Melbourne, Fl. I can assure you that was my first and last visit in that location. I love Tractor Supply stores, employees are typically over the top friendly and helpful, not the case in this store. It was very clear several employees heard us trying to find things with no offer to help, I didn't ask but you'd think there would have been an offer. Then to get to the register, I have a gift card, the cashier was very unfriendly overall, gift card wouldn't slide, she takes it, then hands it back stating I need to enter my pin while she turns attention to the other register. I make several comments I can't read the pin, does she offer to help, nope. So hubby and I walk away from our cart and out the door, sale lost. I don't know what impact that makes on the store, my one cart but I hope the review makes an impact. When we visit our local Cocoa TS, the experience is always stella, there the girl took the gift card, scratched it off for me with her fingernail and entered the pin for me, she was stellar and for that reason, I will always shop that location going forward. Melbourne store may be new, but very unimpressive!! We were at this store about 2:30 on Feb. 11th, I hope this helps you identify who was at your cash register, this is a critical training experience for any manager on how your customer service employees should treat people. I'm in customer service, every day of my life and I give a lot of slack as I know it's not always easy, but to let a customer just walk away, that's not OK!!
I returned a bag of chicken pellets. I paid cash. So the best I could get back was a gift card. They would have put it on a debit card if I used one. what is the difference? After I use the gift card for $24.49, I will no longer be a customer of Factory Supply.

Your Price Match Guarantee that you apparently don't like, want to honor or follow up on when your Customers discover lower Prices Online elsewhere for Products that we just purchased from you Online & contact you through your Website to obtain your Price Match Guarantee on? That is exactly what I am seeing & experiencing with Tractor Supply Company after I just recently purchased a Product respectively from Tractor Supply Company Online for $79.99 plus Sales Tax of $5.05 instead of ordering it from Zoro.com which had it for $62.74 & Free Shipping. I chose to support Tractor Supply Company at the time for my online Purchase of the Product & paid an additional $17.25 for it. This all with intensions of filing for & contacting TSC to get their Price Match Guarantee for the lower Price found on this Product.I filled out their Online Contact Form on, 2-01-2023 to try to get them to honor their Price Match Guarantee on the Product that I ordered from them & have not heard a word back from them nor have I received a Price Match Guarantee Refund from them on my Order as of 02/06/2023. Therefore, I do not much believe in their Price Match Guarantee that they supposedly offer as for, they are clearly ignoring my request or have trashed it because they don't want to have to honor or match the Lower Price Found & Refund back to me $17.25 on my Order.Please Tractor Supply Company if you are reading this, do not have or even offer a Price Match Guarantee on your Website if you are not, will not, or have no intensions of honoring your Customer's Contact Requests for lower priced & discovered Products that we Order from you!
visited the store, as an item was listed one price but rang up another. when I showed the cashier, she said I'm sorry we will fix that right away and still did not honor the price listed. I contacted corporate they forwarded my email address to the store manager who basically called me a liar. then lied in the email saying there was another sign in front or on the item and there was no sign. This company allows their employees treat customers like crap. I shopped there to try and support our local store, but I will no longer do so.
I have went to tractor supply Asheboro nc can't find any dog dewormer or shots on 3 different occasions even though showed in stock you best call first make sure they got hands on it they will look it up on computer tell you we have it drive all way up there nothing in stocks I will never step my feet in there again be customer for years they have went south no management what so ever
