Ordered two items for chickens total of $75+ online...shipped two days later (didn't only label created)...fedex says to receive in two days...items never received by tractor supply..they are a horrible horrible store and don't care about animals. Agents sit behind their computer DUHHHHH they know nothing even when you EXPLAIN fedex was called they DON'T HAVE THE PACKAGES and I am not received it when they said.
Broke some tines on my brother's Countryline 6' landscape rake and Tractor Supply describes them as replacable, which they are. The rake is about 7 years old. The local store doesn't carry or have a listing for replacement parts! Was given the Customer Solutions number to call and they gave me another number for ACS. I gave them the advertised description of the rake, but they said they needed the model number off the data tag on the rake. The data tag had no model number only a bar code which I was told was useless!Called again and was told they needed the SKU number., Could only get a sku number for the current model being sold and nobody knew if it had changed in design since this one was purchased 7 years ago! I was going to take the broken tine in and compare it to the ones installed on the new rake, but the stores in my area have no country line landscape rakes in stock! I felt like a dog chasing my tail for for over 2 hours! The company representatives I talked to knew little or nothing about the equipment they sell! Buyer beware - if the equipment you buy from them breaks - your going to have a hard time (or not be successful at all) getting the parts to fix it.
My sister and I are traveling we are in New Mexico we went to the tractor supply at 5 Marietta Court, Edgewood, NM and we’re very impressed with the customer service. They carried our generator out to the truck and packaged it for us and helped us load it up. Mike and Cory were very helpful and very friendly we were very impressed with them
Negative reviews are not allowed! Another contributor had a similar story. They censor all negative reviews and reject them based on "guidelines." I wrote to say that the product arrived but I have no idea if it's good or not. I signed up for assembly but their third party contractor cancelled the set up appointment three times, lastly was a no-show, and will not set up a new time. They have not responded despite my emails, texts, and phone calls. It's been a month. My review simply said, do not pay for the assembly with them. Hardly that negative. They wrote back and said they don't allow my comment because it is against their guidelines. Pure rubbish! I am no longer a fan. Waste of time.
Signed up for Tractor Supply Credit Card. Received card in mail, which was issued by Citibank. Went to website listed on card to register card, which is redirected to a Citibank website. After entering information I am told my card can't be registered and to call them.Call them and they ask for a cell phone number so they can verify my identity by sending me a code within a text message. They then tell me they can't use that phone number as its not verified. Sending a text message to my phone is not going to verify my identity as phone carrier is not going to share this information with the credit card company unless they want to get sued by me. Their story is pure bunk.So then they ask for another number, which would be the landline I am talking to them on. They say they can't use that number because its not verified. Its the same phone number we have been using since 1974 (48 years) but they can't verify it. Then they tell me there is nothing they can do and that the bank will contact me by mail or email.I plan on contacting them again to not only cancel the Tractor Supply card but all my other Citibank cards. There is something seriously the matter with a company that can't help you after calling them 7-8 times.I'll go buy my parts online as I no longer care about the local store remaining open at all.I also tried to add the card to Tractor Supply's Preferred Plus Neighbor club and it asks for an expiration date for the card. Citibank didn't put an expiration date on the card so it can't be added. Totally dysfunctional retailer and credit card company!
I reviewed a product they sell, a 3 THOUSAND dollar product and it was rejected because "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Your review cannot be approved because it:Directs business awaySo they denied my review because it was NEGATIVE!And yes, I'm still having issues with the product and have the 5 year warranty and STILL NOTHING is being done, when I call they say we'll have someone call you.....It's been 6 MONTHS!
On Tuesday, April 12, 2022 I had the most pleasant transaction with Dave, manager at the Oxford, Mi store. I brought in a defective dump cart and he exchanged it for me immediately with no hassle whatsoever. He is always extremely patient and always makes dealing with TSC a great pleasure. Thank you !
