Subscription Service is Complete CRAP!!!! Signed up for subscription service 4 weeks ago & ordered 7 bags dog food. Original order was lost & re-order was done. New order was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago but got a call the day before because roads were expected to be bad. Delivery was changed to yesterday. STILL HAVE NO DOG FOOD & NOW THEY CAN'T FIND IT!!!!!!
Avoid the Pet Vet clinic at Tractor Supply at all costs!!! Brought in 3 large dogs for rabies vaccines. The vet was extremely rude, treated the dogs poorly and then filed a complaint with Animal Services that the dogs had flea infestation and skin conditions. One of the dogs had a few fleas - literally like 2 - because we live in Florida and battle fleas constantly!! One of the dogs is allergic to EVERYTHING and so his belly and rump are often pink. Neither has any hair loss at all. One of the dogs was rescued from the woods where he was tied to a tree. The hair missing from his head and ears has never ever grown back. All are healthy, neutered, well fed and kept as inside dogs who sleep on a leather sectional. Animal control came out and could find absolutely no merit in any of the accusations and literally were shaking their heads at how their time had been wasted on such foolishness. So this is how they treat people trying to do the right thing and get their pets vaccines. VERY DISAPPOINTED!.
I purchase Teff Grass to feed my horses. I've had trouble finding it in town, so purchased from Tractor Supply online. What a mistake - and one I won't make again. Here are the details of my execretory experience:Order placed 1/27/22. Expected delivery date 2/4/22.You texted me Sunday Jan 30 saying "your package will be delivered tomorrow." You texted me Monday to say "your package is on its way" I look at the tracking details and the order has been sitting in Phoenix (110 miles down the road) since Sunday the 30th. Friday 2/4 arrives - no order. I have to run around town to find something to feed my poor horses.Saturday morning - I called customer service, spoke to Kelita, and canceled the order.
The Tractor Supply website does not work. It will not take my TSC credit card. I have to phone in my order to use my TSC card. To get the TSC credit card, I had to phone the credit service center to assure them that I am who I say I am. Also, the Neighbor rewards is confusing. I attempted to redeem a reward for a toy dog ball. I got an email that said "click here" for questions. When I click the link, I get the message that the page is blocked. I am supposed to use a smart phone (per the photograph talking about the app) to pull up the coupon and present it in store. I don't have a smart phone and won't buy one, so it would be nice to be able to ask Tractor Supply a question via the link Tractor Supply provided. If I had points subtracted for ordering the ball and I cannot get the ball, then it seems that the Neighbor's Club rewards is really just a fake program to convince shopper's that they get something extra when shopping at Tractor Supply. I am glad I don't watch television anymore, because I don't want to see another commercial talking about "life out here" like Tractor Supply is there to help me get everything I need in order to survive life in a rural setting. Using the Tractor Supply website and email makes life out here stressful. I have an order to pick up today and I am dreading it for fear that I won't get everything I ordered - because Tractor Supply sent me an email stating that I have already picked up things when I have not. Reading reviews from people who have had their money taken by TSC but have not received their merchandise makes me uneasy.
The Cashier was Drunk on the job!Not only was she drunk but she was very rude and seemed to not want to be working!Told me that they were out of stock when a manager had to come. The manager Sarah joked around saying it was her first day when then the cashier had said she's worked for the company for over a year! The managers should be embarrassed at how their employees treat customers ! The cashiers name was Michaela - receipt said Cameron. Reeked of alcohol ! I would highly suggest another tractor supply other than the Covington location! Sarah laughed it off.
Wish I would have read these comments before I tried to do a curbside pickup. WHAT A RIPOFF!! They make it seem like they are being so helpful during this pandemic time when all they are really doing is ripping people off. First let me say that I have 3 tractor supply stores that I go to...all of them an hours drive from my home...so when I am near one it's good to stop and pick up needed items. Today I thought I would try the curbside pickup. I followed the instructions on the app. Placed my order in and was told to select curbside pickup. I got an email that confirmed the order...when I got to the store they had not received the order...ok fine I'll just buy what I need while I'm here and cancel the curbside pickup order. Then I noticed on the email that it wasn't being treated as a curbside pickup but a as a delivery to the store AND they wanted to go charge me $17. For shipping!!! Why would I pay or even be asked to pay for tractor supply to ship it to themselves??? And I have to drive in to the store to pick it up? Never again....
Bought BMS stallion 600 side by side made in China nothing but problems rear differential blew out electrical problems wheel bearing fail overheats 4x4 does not work anymore don't know how tractor supply sells this crap to their customers no mechanic would even work on these because they're made in China and they break too much
I purchased a new zero turn mower from Tractor Supply in March of this year (2021). Now in October of this year 2021, I need new blades. So I go to my local TS store to get new blades. They tell me they stock the blades I need but are out of stock and don't plan to restock. They tell me that I can order online and have to pay freight and pay for the blades sight unseen. I explain to the duffee acting store clerk that they should keep such minor parts in stock and after I spent thousands of dollars on their product the least they could do was keep in stock the blades I need, when I need them so I am not down on my mower and don't have to pay freight. the clerk tells me she is only doing what her corporate office tells them to do. So I call corporate office and get basically the same run around. The fellow I talked to said that is just the way they do business and he does not own the company. It is a miserable feeling knowing that I spent my hard earned money on a product sold by Tractor Supply and this is the kind of customer service and concern they hand out. I will never let them do this to me again. Everyone else should take note before you buy equipment from them.
I asked a manager at TS why her cracked corn was $12+ per bag when TS the next county over had it for $8+. To which her reply was “Well they have a Rural King store next to them so they have to be more competitive”. So I replied, “I see, so because your customers have no options you can go ahead and screw them out of an extra 33%”….Her only reply to that was a stupid look….Since we all know TS selling at $8+ isn’t going to be taking a loss, then we know there is no reason TS selling for $12+ can’t sell for the same price! Shame on you TS for taking advantage of customers because you can. I won’t be going back to either TS, I will just take my business on down to the Rural King your manager so graciously mentioned.
