PRESCOTT AZ waited two hours for vet to arrive!!!!!!!!! Another hour for them to get to number 10 in line! Three hours totalBad business!!!!!! They gave 20% off! Ridiculous VET CLINIC I will never go back to tractor supply for the vet clinic! The vet staff acted like nothing ever happened!
I made a one time purchase of antibiotics and now I'm receiving emails about another "subscription" order of original purchase shipping! I go to your website and find my card info saved and set up for monthly purchase of my original order. What the HELL??? I did NOT sign up for this and it even keeps telling me I need to sign up for my subscription. I deleted my card and hopefully that will prevent this "Pending Fulfillment" order from shipping. And yes, it is pending on my bank account! DO NOT USE their RX online ordering.
This profit based business does not care about the animals it sells. Sold 2 ducklings to my immature granddaughter. This was animal abuse, and it leaves to someone else, a mature, responsible adult to correct it. They are very rude on the phone.
Bought an expensive zero turn mower that was supposed to give me double reward points valued at $75 of store product (7500 points). Called several times why the points weren't applied to my TSC rewards account. Each time I called the CSR on duty couldn't figure out how to apply my points so I could use the $75 store credit. The first two times I called they said I had to wait a few months for the points to show so I did. It has been almost four months and no points. Called again and this time I was told I would get a call back because the CSR couldn't fix the problem. Needless to say no call back. And so TSC has lost a customer for life. Won't set foot in a Tractor Supply again. This will surely cost them much more than $75 (retail) of store product. Great going guys!!!
Before leaving the house, I checked the website, made sure I was looking at the right store, Jacksonville, NC. They had the 50# bag of dogfood that I needed for $25.99. When I got to the store, all they had was a 44# bag, for the $25.99 price listed for the 50# bag!

Went in on Saturday to the Conyers, GA location to purchase a Truck tool box, first there was a sign up that stated 20% off (had expired) second there was a sales price up of $299 for a specific box. Bill came and asked if we needed help, I said yes, I'm looking for the $299 box, I said, I do not believe that this box (place at the sign) is the correct box, there was no way it would be discounted that much. Bill then said in a smarta** tone, "well these are not where they should be as I just put this one out and it does not belong here" (So Bill is lazy? Bill lacks the ability to correct the issues?) so then I said so can you help me find this box ($299) and also is there an additional 20% off? Bill said as he removed the 20% sign no this is old (expired 1 week ago) well again, is Bill lazy? If Bill noticed this earlier or knew this would you not think he would have already corrected it? - So again, Bill said let me get a price gun and I guess I can help you, really, "You think you can help" - Now Bill I would say is in his 50's, would you not think he should know better? Well I can say if Bill worked for me I'd fire him! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN, and will do my BEST TO TELL EVERYONE to boycott!
Ordered a Dewalt Stool on their Christmas promotion. Received shipping notification and tracking number, however the item never made it to shipper. I have tried to leave this review on Tractorsupply.com 3 times, however they just delete it through their review moderator process. Dec 204:55 pm Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.
