Tractor Supply is no longer the store it used to be. Many products online say not available or find in store. I tried to buy a product on the phone since it said unavailable at the store online, but the store said they can't take a credit card over the phone, so there is no way to hold or purchase the item other than going to the store. This company is lacking!
Ordered a snow joe lawn mower that lasted 5 minutes. Returned it and got another one that lasted 15 minutes. Returned it via ups and they refuse to return my money, so I am out $150. This is in Lake Worth Texas!!! Never go there again, nor waste time and money on Snow Joe!
We recently purchased a Chipper/Shredder at the Mt. Vernon, WA store. Although we had good intentions it turned out to be too large of a "power tool" for us to adequately handle. We wish to thank the store manager (Ben Oliver) for so graciously allowing us to return the product. We appreciate Ben's excellent customer service and we will continue to shop at TSC in Mount Vernon where the employees have always been helpful and friendly.
Place is falling under. Not much in the stores anymore prices are high. When I get to the register they want to charge the price even higher, A few times that happened to me. If it’s a clearance item and not in their system they won’t go back and check the price. I miss the 10% discount for members,
Just got through purchasing a 6 ft utility gate and some t posts was overcharged had to go back inside for the refund difference no apologies more like an inconvenience to do their job. Got no clips for t posts was told someone would get them for me waited 10 min outside had to call the store to get someone to go get the clips the 6 ft gate I purchased had a dent on the 3rd bar they would not exchange it just go in and get a 15 percent discount if you think it would affect you I don't have time for this he said. I already wasted enough of my time going in and out to resolve my issues. I love shopping here all the time one of my favorite places but customer service is just that I understand the day and time we are in but it leaves no excuse for poor customer service. I spend my money too and to keep the economy going but we all need to treat each other like we are at our home with respect and dignity hopefully frustration will not take over for kindness and a smile.
I ordered Sapphire Olive Eggers and received what I believe to be regular Olive Eggers. After receiving the wrong chicks, I messaged TSC asking for a price adjustment to reflect the chicks I actually received. I received a response within 24 hrs letting me know that it's up to Hoover's to adjust my price and asked for pictures to help them better communicate the error with the hatchery. I sent them and waited for a response. After not receiving any, I emailed again and waited for a response. Still none. I didn't ask for a full refund even though I received the wrong order. I don't think I asked too much for it to be made right by reimbursing the difference.After submitting this exact review they rejected it saying it goes against their standards.
If i had the option for -stars i would have chose that. My boyfriend, my father and my brother have been long time customers of tractor supply... the one in McCalla al has gotten so bad the emplyee actually said no he wasnt going to get something from the back that they had but had not put on shelf. Second time employee actually said F___ in e negative way toward being asked to help load(in front of store manager). This time after asking deer corn something that should have been on the shelf, we were told "do i have to". He brought out a small bag (we have 2 400lb pigs). When he was asked will you get me one more, he said "i dont wabt to" also within managers hearing range. Also, the cashier rushed us along and didnt have time to put in rewards #. What has happened to Tractor Supply?...Its pathetic.
