Awful communication, no confirmation of delivery either. Was told item in stock, which it wasn’t, which led to me having to cancel the job and lose £400. I was charged £60 delivery which is awful, for saying the product came direct fromThe manufacturer. Was then told I’d get a call back to discuss a delivery refund. But I’ve been continually ignored. I shall be taking to the plumbing forums to warn other plumbers of this diabolical company
Brought a new hot waters cylinder from Trade plumbing . Was a slight delay in my order but this was communicated brilliant by the customer Service team would definitely recommend Trade plumbing and would use this company again in the future
It has been 9 days since I reported a leak in my main water heater element that I purchased from this company. In that time, all I’ve received is a request for photos (which I had sent in my first email). Despite my repeated attempts to seek updates, I’ve heard nothing substantial. A leaking boiler isn’t a minor inconvenience; it’s a basic necessity. Yet, there’s been no sense of urgency in addressing the issue. My patience wears thin as I await a resolution. People are due to move into this property in just six days, and I cannot fathom the chaos if the boiler remains dysfunctional.
Placed an order for a radiator on 5th April. Have phoned on numerous occasions and fobbed off with some lame excuse each time. Still no sign of the radiator, I called again last week and requested a refund - not surprisingly, i’m still waiting on that too! They are obviously selling goods that they don’t have and sitting on customers money.7 May and still no refund - just called customer services who say it will be in my account today - how many times I’ve heard that!
I needed to order a radiator for my tenant- I initially didn’t receive confirmation of my order. I phoned and spoke to James who was more than helpful, he kept me updated at any point of call. Would definitely order again with trade plumbing because James made my experience so smooth sailing!!!
