Tradera is what Ebay used to be but

Tradera is what eBay used to be but, MUCH better. The customer support is excellent, it's incredibly simple to sell as it's half automated and when buying you're fully protected. I've never had a problem with Tradera. The saying should be "Once you shop, you won't stop!" it's highly addictive!

I was selling my goods from last 5 or 6…

I was selling my goods from last 5 or 6 months, everything was going really good Suddenly I decided to sell something bit expensive on tradera then they show me their real face , they asked me to provide some verification information and I have provided it , many times, and I have talked to their costumer service many times and I have keep following their lead,but in the end of the day here I'm waiting for that payment from last 3 weeks, and that verification notice is still there, even if call them again they gonna ask me to do the same things again, I never had faced this types of trouble with any other company before, one of the horrible experience, because of wait stress, repeat same process again and again

I'm new to this site, but I can say that contacting customer support was useless. I bought a Samsung S25 Ultra phone on the 1T. I couldn't change the language, so I went to a Samsung service center, where they told me it was a fake. I contacted customer support, and they said they'd refund my money if I sent the phone back, and they sent me the address. Everything seemed fine, but when I started processing the package, it turned out they needed a phone number or email, which, of course, they didn't give me. Customer support told me to provide my phone number and email, but I didn't, and the package didn't actually ship. I talked to them for over an hour, but they constantly ignored me, and then they stopped responding altogether. I can't send them a photo of the waybill number in the chat where I opened the case. I went to their company registration website and used the phone number they provided during registration. Their email won't process the order, saying it's invalid. We'll see if they refund my money.OKAUNT hasn't blocked this seller, and there are plenty of similar sellers on this platform. There are decent ones, too; I ordered other items, too, and everything was fine.

Forcing you to buy "buyers protection"

Forcing you to buy "buyers protection". Never needed this, it's basically a scam. Also it's not pushed when buying from companies. This does not make for a very "circular economy" kinda market, it just recreates a shitty marketplace like amazon and we have enough of that.

Tradera covering unserious sellers

When the eller never ship the product, i need to escalate that to tradera in a multipel step process. And when they after several weeks return the money, i dont get to put preview on the seller while tradera witholding customer self-risk (A few %). The question is why cant i review the seller so that people like me dont get to experience unserious sellers? Of if tradera knows something about the seller, which they dont tell me, then why dont Tradera pay/return customer risk money.

Been using tradera for over year

Been using tradera for over year, no problems. Out of the blue they quit paypal ( logo still on their site !), other pay options not visible in the app !!! Only when I use a browser ? Google pay not working (never had any problems on other site !) Cutomerservice a complete mess !! Donot use this site or app, Avoid !!!!

Tradera doesn’t really care about buyers

From my experience, It takes way too long to solve disputes, and the buyer protection feels like a joke. When I had an issue, support was slow and unhelpful, and I felt completely ignored. Never again! Buy new things and stay tension-free!
