Technical shortcomings

Uses mandatory phonenumber as verification for password renewal. Safetyrisk if your sim card is hijacked. No option to turn it off, even if you remove your phonenumber they keep it saved for this purpose. (GDPR violation?)No phonenumber for support, the chat is horrible. Throws you out of the chat if you leave the app/browser on your phone. So you are expected to not use yout phone for anything else while you wait 10-30 minutes.The ratings of sellers doesnt seem to add up. whouldnt trust it if its ays 5.0/5.o starshave not had any problems yet with sellers

Nice stuff can be bought on Tradera. But the Tradera website is so horribly slow and unresponsive. So annoying. And it is getting worse. Search bar does not respond. Under it are a load of search suggestions I do not want to use. There are ads. Using Chrome or any other browser: it does not help.

Super disappointed

Super disappointed! Buyer protection are useles! Seller pretend to send by just book the shipment but never actually send the item.When you report purchase issue, if you accidtentally click on resolve, then it's done. You can never raise the issue again. Super super bad design.Blocket is better, Only release the $ to seller after 24h receive the item

Tradere vil ikke hjælpe mig med at afslutte kundeforholdet.I stedet sender de mig følgende besked, 2 gange:"Hello,Thank you for your contact!We would love to help you! In order for us to be able to do this and be able to offer you the fastest possible help - combined with the best treatment, we have chosen to invest in our live channel - chat!"------------Tradera er sidste sort af betjening :-)Nægter at gøre hvad jeg beder dem om!-----------------Stay Away From TRADERA!I will continue to complain here until TRADERE does what I have asked them to!Sincerely TK

Tradera is a secure platform for both buyers and sellers. They have a nice app which is very user friendly. Customer service is also quick and helpful.

No buyers guarantee in reality

I purchased a golf utility iron. It turns out the seller sold it twice. He returned my money, but I lost the percentage of the money that goes to Tradera. So they are basically taking money from sales that do not happen. Therefore they have no real intention in making sure products are actually available in reality - they make money anyway. That is never fair to buying customers, so won’t be using their platform again. There is no “buyers guarantee” here.

Fraud! Stay away

Tradera eventually closed the case, but they still decided to keep the buyer protection fee. The seller never shipped the order, and it was obvious from the very beginning that I should receive a refund. Yet it still took them two weeks to process the case, despite the fact that the seller’s account had already been suspended.What’s even worse is that during those two weeks, Tradera was effectively holding on to my money without providing me with any service at all. In my view, it should not only be mandatory to refund the entire amount (including the fee) – Tradera should actually compensate me for the unnecessary delay in returning my money. When a platform keeps funds for weeks, while offering zero communication or protection, the least they could do is acknowledge the inconvenience they’ve caused.To charge a “buyer protection fee” in a situation like this feels not just unfair, but almost predatory. Instead of protecting buyers, Tradera has managed to profit from a failed transaction at the expense of the customer.
