Review Time
Recently done the 8 days group tour of Croatia. That was not the holidays, it was just sitting in the bus and travelling to one place to another. The locations of the hotel are so far that every day travelling to visit some place takes more time than you spend time in a place, like in the bus 6 hrs and visit 3 hrs.In brochure the description of every day is not correct, compleet wrong info. Two hotels almost middel of nowhere.I would say don't book, its wasting of money. Croatia is great country to visit but not with TUI.When we visited the places, its like just walk quickly a to b , otherwise we are late for the dinner. And the reaction of TUI is: sorry that you experienced in that way!!1 star is for the tour leader only.
Horrible flights! I am writing this review now from Cancún on 29th of May, 2025. Our flight to Amsterdam was on 27th of May but it was cancelled, they put us in a hotel near the airport for 2 days. Then today they took us to airport back at 12:00 in the afternoon for our rescheduled flight at 15:55, then we had 2 hours delay more and at 17:00 at the airport they cancelled the flight again!! They took us back to hotel and we don’t know when is the next flight to Amsterdam. Basically Tui has such a poor planning for their flights and couldn’t take its passengers back home safely in 3 days! Never ever use this company for any booking, horrible!!
Booking was OK but no “English” option we could see except via Google translate. Main problem is that the Dutch TUI booking does not show in our existing TUI app. You put in the name, date and booking number and it says you’ve made a mistake. Very irritating. Not everyone in NL is Dutch, and TUI operates in many countries. So why doesn’t the app work?
I never expected to be treated this poorly by a company as large as TUI.On 15 May 2025, I was scheduled to fly from Curaçao to Amsterdam (Flight OR393). After more than three hours of waiting at the airport, we were eventually informed that the flight would not take off at all. The flight was cancelled or delayed beyond operation, something TUI was fully aware of.I submitted an official compensation claim on 21 May through their website. I received a confirmation email saying the claim was received, but since then:❌ No reply❌ No update❌ No explanation❌ No actionI followed up multiple times via email, no response. I tried calling their Dutch customer service line multiple times, the line doesn’t even ring. Nothing. This kind of silence and avoidance is completely unacceptable, especially when the airline is fully aware that an entire flight of passengers was affected. TUI knows exactly how many people were on that flight. They know it didn’t take place. And still, they choose to ignore valid claims and leave customers in the dark. After more than a month of being ignored, I was forced to escalate the matter to ECC Nederland (the European Consumer Centre), which supports consumers in cross-border complaints. This is not something customers should have to do just to get what they're legally owed under EU Regulation 261/2004.I’m deeply disappointed, not only in the delay itself, but in how TUI has handled this, or rather, how they failed to handle it at all. This is more than bad service, it’s a deliberate lack of accountability. If you are considering booking with TUI, know this:If something goes wrong, you may be completely on your own.I hope others read this and think twice, or at least know their rights and don’t stay silent like TUI hopes you will.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience!Everything was perfect from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, the communication was clear, and the entire trip ran exactly as planned. The hotel, transfers, activities—everything exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Big thanks to TUI for making it all stress-free and enjoyable. Will definitely book again!
Traveled with my 6yr old. Paid for comfort seats and still had to pay to choose seats, then got put in regular class and were told we would need to pay for an upgrade. Service onboard is worst of all airlines I’ve traveled to Curaçao with. On both flights (going and coming back) not ONE single smile from the staff, rude replies to any request (water for my son, my meal when I was skipped 2x). Also, entertainment system didn’t work properly. Would not recommend this airline to anyone. Was a first time, but never again. Would rather pay a few euros more, and get proper service, know what I’ve paid for and not have such a unfriendly crew on a long flight with my child.
I think Tui is the best, the website easy to use, prices fine, we received a discount code and it works also, so all perfectA friendly feedback. When the flight operating by other airlines it is nice if thw luggage also includes so no need for us to contact other airlines and book the luggage our self
