Easy to book with

Easy to book with, website is easy to navigate and the options to save holidays for later is great. We had one issue with booking which was quickly resolved on the phone. Great customerService. We’ll absolutely be looking to book again in future.

The worst flying experience. No more TUI

My first and last time travelling with TUI The worst flight I ever had.I traveled from Cancun Mexico to Amsterdam on 24 June at 18:50Starting by delay at the airport it toThen other delay the sitting in the plane and waiting was ferting 8n my nerves, together about 2 hrs delay. No idea what was happening....we were not informed.No space, the seats are so close to each other. I'm 1 m 60 and could hardly move for 10 hrs flight. I dont want to imagine a tall person sitting there. That's really packed!I was allocated a seat when I checked in online terrible enough I was in the middle row sitting with a passenger on each side. I couldn't change it as this application didn't work. Accept & get prepared or pay!At the check in desk they made such a fuss we had to put our purse, mobile, iPad and coat in the bag. I even had to wear 2 hats that I was carrying! Each gram counts....or pay!I had bought 2 bottles at Duty free and when I was going to board the staff told me to put these in my carry bag. As you are not allowed a duty free purchase too. It's an additional bag! Of course no one told about that before. When the passenger in front of me reclined his seat that got literally impossible to move at all.Service is chaotic, they even forgot to serve dinner to the passenger next to me. She waited shyly poor girl. then I told her to buzz them, they didn't even say sorry only laugh about their forgetfulness. Rude! The flightattendant brought her half vegetarian meal & half pasta chicken. Very strange. Normally it was either or.We had just started to eat that they started to serve coffee/tea. So you find yourself with cold as well as hot drink at the same time.2 choices for dinner, an overcooked pasta with 3 slices of chicken.so 👎 I had to take pics! Or vegetarian meal.Breakfast was a cheap hard cracker, an old little bread.Served in a rush as it was 20 min before landing. They missed their timingThe captain's announcement was quite hilarious he forgot some words got mixed up and repeated over again. That doesnt sound serious.I had leg pain for 2 days.No more, I rather pay a bit more than to be so miserable for more than 10 hrs. I didn't know thatTui was a low cost airline.Now I've learned from this

TUI is not posting negative reviews

I booked a holiday with TUI. While it was quite expensive, I was disappointed with the overall experience. More concerningly, I noticed that they are not posting negative reviews on their website. Although I received an invitation to review my holiday, my review was not posted, and only reviews with a rating of 9 or above are being displayed.

Booked a group travel package

Booked a group travel package. Tui's price point was the best among similar packages I found. Tui's estimation of extra costs (Tourist Tax, Guides, Optional Excursions) was correct and transparant. There were no surprises.

TUI not taking the responsibility of…

TUI not taking the responsibility of their mistakeIn our travel reservation from TUI, it was confirmed that we had the right to take hand luggage with dimensions of 55x35x25 with us. The flight was via Transavia, and at the airport, we were told that TUI had made a mistake and we did not have the right to carry hand luggage. As a result, we were forced to pay for our hand luggage at the airport. When we submitted our complaint to TUI, they simply did not take any responsibility for their mistake. Ridiculous!

The host Ibrahim was excellent

The Best Western Hotel was great. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice. The only thing what was not okee….The room was on the street side and I was bothered by the exhaust fumes. I have a lungdesease. Could not leave the door open. Also because of the noise at night. The dinner was fantastic every evening! Very tasty and never the same, every evening something else! My compliments to the chef!!Our experience with the TUI HOST was excellent!!His name was Ibrahim. He arranged a taxi to take us to the airport, because things did not go well on the way to the hotel, with my 80-year-old fellow passenger. I’m very grateful to him. The other host, named Gianni, was also very very nice and helpfull. Thank you both for everything!!With kind regards,Irene Westerneng

Easy booking and nice service

We booked with TUI 2 years ago - honeymoon to Greece. It was all very easy from the booking to check-in to coming home etc and it was an amazing trip.We went with a different TO to Egypt last year and it was a mess so never again.This year we go again to Greece, again with TUI. Booking was easy, the package deal was great and we can't wait to go on vacation.

After having experienced a horrible…

After having experienced a horrible flight, without any conform , because of  the seat that is not suitable for an adult, even for me( 1.70cm 74kg). Specially on a 13h flight,  and being served horrible food.I decided to upgrade to a contort seat. So the first thing I did on the next day, after arriving. Was to upgrade to a comfort seat.When I tried to open the mytui.nl page I was surprised that the access to the page was not available.I tried to do it on the tui app and also not possible to do it.I went to the Tui agent in the Ocean blue hotel ask for assistance and he also couldn't access it, or solve my problem. I was told to go to the Punta Cana airport to tui office.I took a taxi witch costed me 70 Dlrs.When I got to the airport it was not very easy to find Tui office, but finally I did on the the first floor. My big surprise when I was told they couldn't help me. And I needed to call Tui in Netherlands. Back to the taxi I told that to the driver and he very friendly started to google for the Tui office in PC, he found one and there we went a almost abandoned building. Nautilus building close to the airport where I was also told no help was possible. They only book tours.Back to the hotel, I called tui in Netherlands a call that lasted 18m 8s. I cant imagine how much is going to cost me. I finally got my seat changed. After they change my seat I told them the page is not accessible and I could not pay the extra.They told me to go to the airport and do it.Which is not possible because according to tui as to be done online.Today I receive an email saying if I don't pay the extra it will be cancelled.I asked a friend in Netherlands to pay it.On the way back it was worth it because the comfort is a bit better.Dinner was the same BS as the first flight kip and no options I hope it was a different animal.A last comment about the tui steward saying in the beginning of the flight. That from that moment all the announcements by speaker will be done in Dutch language, any question's ask a Stewart. And also the app is only in Dutch. If you don't want foreigner costumers don't take their money.Paulo Jesus
